This was the worse product that I have ever bought

The second fridge was damaged so I refused it. Finally the third fridge was delivered and the freezer doesnt work..I am very disappointed. Customer service was horrible on the phone and in the store.

The first one delivered did not work from the moment it was plugged in. Apparently the compressor was defective. The second one was damaged and never came off the truck. The third is in my home and apparently working at this time. Best Buy handled the situation adequately -- but the manufacturer appears to be having quality control problems.
