Unfortunately, I did not check reviews on this item prior to purchasing it. The freezer unit on this particular model does not get cold enough to freeze food or liquids. Unit had to be exchanged for another model.

Inside of fridge is really small even for only 2 people.

Twice, since first purchased in August, 2016, this refrigerator has broken down with loud noises coming from the freezer and problems cooling. When it works, it would seem like an okay refrigerator, but currently I am not happy with the make of Frigidaire.

It worked well for 3 years, before the freezer stopped working. Had it repaired once, and it stopped working again a week later.

I tried this model twice (thanks, Best Buy, for making the switch easy) -- and had the same issue with both. I have a two-sensor wireless thermometer (that I use for our main refrigerator), and the freezer in this model didn't keep a consistent temperature. FDA says 0 degrees (F) should be maintained -- but this one swung from -11 to 34 (!), a variance of 45 degrees in one day! Both refrigerators suffered from the same problem (though the first one swung about 35 degrees, from -8 to 27). The delivery guys said they had picked up several of these -- so it looks like it's a chronic problem.

I am so upset with this fridge and Best Buy's lack of customer service. The fridge came with a build in ice maker even though we ordered it without because it doesn't connect to an water line. We contacted them about this issue and never received a response. The fridge also has problems in that it doesn't keep food cold. We put food in and it goes back overnight. We have it on the coldest setting and it feels room temperature. Best Buy has yet to deal with that issue as well. This was a huge waste of money. I would never buy this fridge or go through Best Buy again. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Purchased as a replacement for a secondary refrigerator kept in the garage. This refrigerator has a gas smell to it. The best buy guys didn't level it off it leans back and to the left.

FEELS CHEAP AND FLIMSY I DONT THINK THE DRAWERS AND SHELVING SYSTEM WILL LAST LONG.. I HAVE NO FAITH OR HOPE IN THIS PRODUCT...

Ice maker did not work proper!y. I hope the fridge is not the problem. Waiting till 3/16/17 for a new ice maker.

Did not accept refrigerator on delivery to my home because the refrigerator was damaged (several dents as if it had been hit by a forklift). Refrigerator came in an LGbox even though it was a Frigidaire. Apparently Refrigerator must have been a floor model. Extremely disappointed in Best Buy.

I've had Geek Squad to "fix" it multiple times but this fridge does not belong in the garage, as much as they says it's okay! Even with a garage kit installed! So much food has been thrown away through the years! Frigidaire will just tell you that your garage must be kept between certain temps. Smh...

When I bought fridge I was sold a GE icemaker by accident. Then when the frigid airs version came in...it didn't fit. 4 best buy deliveries and 2 mos. has still not gotten a lot that works despite being told this last icemaker was the suggested one by company

We are already having problems with this refrigerator. Someone is coming here Tuesday to look at it.

Finally after the the 3rd fridge. they got it right. The 1st fridge was damaged the 2nd needed to many new parts to list and finally the 3rd fridge showed and the delivery guys didn't have tools to change the door swing. I purchase 12 fridges a year for rental property. The Geek squad was great.

This refrigerator is just the right for extra storage.

Terrible appliance!! After 4 years of purchase I continue to experience the same recurring problem. Refrigerator has a linkage problem. I am very disappointed with this purchase I would not recommend it.

Drawer broke 2x the part to fix was 40esch time . This fridge has leaked all over the top shelf since we bought it . Every shelf on the door has snapped also .

Looked everywhere for a new fridge trying to find the best deal without limiting quality. This was the best value. Free delivery, brand new, and a good quality/brand. The stainless steel look is nice even though you can tell it's not truly stainless steel. Wish the freezer was larger but that's expected from a top freezer. The temperature changes quickly when adjusting and can get very cold. Good size, fits perfectly in my kitchen and is more than enough space for my boyfriend and I. We can fit 8 12packs just on the 2 bottom shelves alone and still have plenty of room. It has a sensor that will go off to let you know the door was left open. Great buy!

Terrible Refrigerator and I advise you not to buy this model. Stop working after only a week. Everything inside was ruin.

Received refrigerator, when delivered took protective tape off swirls all over top and bottom doors, ordered new doors, came yesterday, same problem! Very frustrated!
