Not a great experience. The freezer was a week overdue getting to the store. Got the freezer home and it had a big scratch and dent in the door. Specifically bought this item for the door alarm that it said it had and it didn’t have one. Returned it back to the store same day.

We were supposed to get this delivered for free as the sales girl told us several times at the store. however we were charged 80.00 after we had to purchase it online because we drove an hour to the store and they did not have the one we wanted in stock. Now waiting on that refund they tell me I'm getting. Guess I'll be holding my butt up a long time it seems,,

The perfect garage feeezer. Power indicator light below door is brilliant. No more standing on my head digging in bottom of the chest freezer looking for items.

Didn't even last a year. Just started having problems 3 months ago, the green light blinking and it not getting colder than my refrigerators. They sent a technician through the warranty and he "fixed" it. But the same issue occurred days later. We rescheduled a technician through the warranty, and they simply didn't show up. We call back and they schedule again. They didn't show up. Turns out they assigned the ticket to a company that doesn't service our area, so they simply cancelled the service order. Thankfully we have other freezers in the house or we would have lost a year's worth of beef and chicken.

The freezer is what I was expecting. Has lots of room to storage food and good quality. I will recommended this freezer.
