It has fully defrosted twice in our first months and the Frigidaire people can’t see anything wrong with it. They say we will have to wait for a third call before they can attempt a replacement.

Decent fridge for the price. The biggest problem we’re having is the door is too heavy for smaller kids to easily close all the way.

I am done with best buy. Tried 2 times to get a freezer and you failed. I had already got a bill and still didnt have one that worked

I put freezer in my garage. After about a week it started alarming out for being too warm, food was thawing. After moving indoors it is working now. How long...? Do I contact Best Buy or mfg?

Freezer quit working

This failed on me before I could even finish my payments on it. An entire freezer full of elk and fish is gone because of this. I will not trust a Frigidaire again,

Stopped working after 7 months

The freezer worked great for about 7 months, but then stopped getting any colder than about 40 degrees. Currently awaiting warranty service to see if they stand behind their product.

I bought 2. Neither work well. Frost builds up requiring requent manual defrosting and cleaning. 1 of 2 has never froze ice cream and completely broke down after 3 mos. STILL waiting for part.

Returned it because it was just like one we had problems with - the order was a mistake based on picture on web site.
We ordered a Best Buy Insignia brand instead.

Love our new freezer. It is larger than the old one we had, It is also easier to see if it is still working by looking for the green light at the base of the front door.
