This is a great deep freezer. That fact that it is a stand-up freezer is very helpful and makes it easy to see everything in the freezer. The seal on this freezer is second to none. At times it can be hard to open it but that makes sure everything stays frozen.

Couldn't be more pleased. Perfect size. Love it! Great storage areas with good visibility. I can find things now, unlike with my chest freezer. No more freezer burn from "forgetting" things are there. Seriously considering getting a 2nd one to replace our other freezer for meats. Wish we would have gone to an upright sooner. Delivery went smoothly. The guys were great & very patient:) We keep going back to Best Buy because we get terrific service & they stand behind everything they sell. Highly recommend them! We have computers, TV, sound system, & appliances - never had an issue, even when something didn't work correctly. They always make it right, either with repair or replacement. The warranties have always been honored! Thanks for the great experience & for taking the poor old tired relic away! (It was 38 years old.)

This freezer is very spacious and perfect for storing large quantities. Yes, it does not have all the fancy door compartments, but it's a freezer, and can hold more with its door shelves over the few compartments of the more expensive freezer. The factory pre-set temp rating keeps the freezer around -10F. It is a bit noisy which isn't a problem since it's in the garage.

Great value for a nice sized upright freezer. Much better than a chest type freezer, nice baskets for storing food so you can find it when needed without emptying the freezer.

Didn't like the fact that this was the only freezer on the floor- however it was the one Inwas looking for. It's great- spacious and I love it that it's frost free!

Perfect feeezer to keep in garage for spillover from regular small freezer fridge unit in kitchen. Love the extra drawer and door spaces for organizing!

Nice freezer but I had to purchase 2 door shelves and 1 main shelve that I feel should be included with the basic freezer. I guess this is how more profit is made. It would also be nice to have a thermometer on the exterior telling you the inside temperature.

Wow! Freezer got cold fast and is at 0 degrees, at barely the mid level setting. Great space for bulk sized food boxes and bags!.

I like the adjustable shelving in the door and main area. I wish it had a temperature alarm instead of just a power light.

It arrived, It got cold, Stores lots of food. We had to order extra door storage shelves. They were not expensive, though.

Most of the other freezers I looked at were too small, this one is nice and large with good drawer space and shelving.
