I got just 3 months out of warranty and it stopped working. lost a bunch of food. check out the reviews, the only ones Frigidaire replied to are the 5 star ratings. I'll never buy Frigidaire again! Best Buy couldn't do anything because I didn't purchase the extended warranty, though they did contact the manufacturer to see if anything could be done. They transferred me to Frigidaire who offered to cover the cost of parts but not labor. Who knows what that's gonna cost me. I guess it's partially my fault for not buying the extended warranty but then, my last freezer lasted over 30 years. I really didn't think I'd need one. I would give this 0 stars if I could. NEVER AGAIN!!
