You can’t clean both oven at same time. I did and it fried the control panel. Also if you have any over spill to door that goes in between glass, you can’t clean it.

Great double wall oven

A fan runs when it is heating up and it takes a long time to heat up. When you open the door to put in or take out a dish, the temperature drops significantly. I am not sure if my unit is defective, but if I knew what I know now, I would have selected a different oven.

Great oven for price

Bad sensor was the cause and after replacing, it still didn't work. Tech had no idea what to do next and Best Buy is showing this as a "Non-Returnable" item. Extraordinarily dissatisfied with Brand and store.
