    The machine works good but the shirts come out wrinkled and you cannot put in fabric softener unless you stop it on the right cycle or run Rinse and Spin afterwards.

    The appliance is fine but it took two months to get it. The first one came damaged. The replacement took 6 weeks to arrive. I had moved and was without a washer and dryer for 2 months. A company of your size should be able to do better!

    Bought washer and dry combo for a closet laundry setup. So far seems like a decent combo. Biggest complaint would be how loud they are.
