    I bought this Frigidaire for a tenant back in July. It took a while to get the delivery due to apparent COVID delays. Unfortunately the dryer had a red lint warning light that went on, stopped any use of the dryer. Advised by Best Buy to clean the dryer duct line. The Landlord of the rental hired a duct cleaner, but the red light never went off. Even after unhooking the vent to the exhaust vent, the light goes on and the dryer won't even work. Ok, so returned it, and figured this same issue cannot happen again. Well after waiting again, the machines was delivered on 12/11, and my tenant immediately reported that the red lint light went on again, even with the vent not connected. Thank you Frigidaire, wasted 5 months and now Best Buy is picking the unit up, again. Not sure how much better the stacked GE or Whirlpool would be, they all feel like tin cans when you compare the quality 20 years ago.

    Purchase from Best Buy. Agitator broke in 4 months. Best Buy does not honor warranties on Frigidaire appliances. Got the runaround. It's been 2 months without a washer repairman. Will never buy another item from Best Buy again!!

    Buyer beware. Dryer operated fine for 6 months, but now dryer will not work. There is an issue with the heat sensor in the dryer which automatically shuts down the dryer when it gets hot. Flashes a message to 'clean lint filter'. The Frigidaire technician who was sent out to repair said this is not a problem with the machine, it is a problem with the highrise exhaust ducts. The chief engineer in my highrise made two inspections and there is no blockage in the ducts to the outside. There is a problem with the machine: the heat sensor is faulty, and it cannot be disabled. There are other reviews citing this exact issue. Best Buy will not resolve; referred me back to manufacturer.
