First, if your washer isn't filling with water, please check the height of the drain hose standpipe. It should be a minimum of 33 inches (84 cm) high to prevent siphoning. If you're specifically having trouble with hot water, consider these factors:
1. Ensure your hot water heater is set to at least 120°F (50°C). You can measure the temperature at a nearby faucet using a candy or meat thermometer.
2. If you’re using hot water elsewhere in the house, it might be impacting your washer’s ability to fill with hot water. Try to avoid using hot water at the same time.
If the washer isn’t filling beyond half, or if it consistently delivers only cold water, it could indeed point to an installation issue. My previous GE washer/dryer only lasted for 1year and 11 months. What a piece of junk. I am a Best Buy Total Tech member and I was very happy to learn that I get an extra year in warranty protection with Geek Squad. Thank you, Best Buy!!

We were unable to simply rinse, spin and drain that load to start again. Very dissatisfied.

Washer / Dryer combo working well

I wish manual said how long each washer and dryer cycle is. Also people were right in that if you have short arms getting to the bottom of the washer could be challenging. the installation was flawless. The delivery people were very professional and nice.

Unfortunately the hurricane wiped out my downstairs apartment with washer dryer so I did not use it very long. I have a new identical unit ordered now from the same vendor as I felt it was a good choice. I found the control panel a little confusing at first believe in the sequence improperly
