I AM HAVING TROUBLE UNDERSTANDING THE USAGE OF THE SPEED BAKE OVEN. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A SHORT TESTED COOKBOOK, USING THE SPEED BAKE FEATURE, WITH TIMES AND TEMP. USED FOR SUCCESSFUL RESULTS. I LOVE THE DESIGN OF THE COOK TOP, BECAUSE OF IT'S EASE TO CLEAN. BEST BUY INSTALLED THE RANGE, BUT DID NOT INSTALL THE ANTI-TIP BRACKET OR LEVEL THE OVEN.

I like that the oven has a convention feature and is self cleaning.

Purchased as a gift for a relative. Only used the top of the range so far and they are happy. Wanted a stainless steel color. Liked that it was a self -cleaning and convection range. It looks great and I purchased it on sale.

This has been a great stove so far. Love the quick bake option which uses convection technology to circulate air throughout the oven. All of the Best Buy associates were truly wonderful to work with!!! : )

Wife and I upgrade our old model Frigidaire range with this model Which we are happy with the purchase. Cooking Temps are Good , gets to desired Temps quick and we like the stove top grills throughout the top. We are able to use all the area if needed.

Great stove so far. Liked the style and the way it looked in the store needed a stove to match my frigidaire set. Had the stove for about a month and no issues.

Oven brown's evenly and cooks nicely. This was a great bargain at $399, (regarly $719, discount $499, with $100 off for my inconvenience). Haven't used CONVECTION yet, but self-clean is wonderful.

We visited numerous stores. By far, salesman at Best Buy was the best. Listened carefully to our needs and was knowledgeable about each product and warranty info

I am trying to replace the stainless gas range and it is an open box item which offer me a great saving.

Very difficult to get Best Buy employee to come to department to help me. Their knowledge of product was nonexistent. Best Buy employees knew nothing about stove. Ended up calling Frigidaire while in store in front of employees to get my questions answered. When I purchased stove Frigidaire told me that a propane conversion kit should be with stove. Was told by Best Buy employees that they would look for it, then was told to go to Home Depot or Lowes to purchase one! Very unhappy with service. Also was told by employees that they would hold stove for me for as long as I needed to just call in weekly to confirm that I still wanted it even though I had paid for it in full then, I received a phone call on the Sunday after I purchased it to say that I had to pick it up by close of business on Wednesday or order would be cancelled. Will NEVER purchase from Best Buy again! Even though I complained to store manager and also filled out online survey addressing these issues no one seemed to care. My issues were never addressed.
