The oven heats up amazingly fast and has an electric broiler, which we weren't sure about, but works really well. Vary happy with purchase.

The grills were not inside the top frame edges, so can easily burn user's hands and skins. I regret that I ordered it. It did not arrive on time for my pickup with no update on pickup schedules, etc., so my family had to waste time to figure out what to do next, complain, etc. I didn't start using it.

Extremely Unsafe, Strong gas smell

I purchased the Frigidaire 5.1 Cu. Ft. Freestanding Gas Range and had to return it twice for the exact same issue: the oven emits a strong, unmistakable smell of gas the moment it’s turned on. The stovetop burners worked normally and produced no odor, but the oven was an entirely different story. Each time I tried preheating, the smell of gas filled my kitchen within minutes. Turning the oven off made the smell disappear, turn it on again, and the odor immediately returned. Two units. Same hazard. That tells me this isn’t an isolated defect, but a serious issue with the product design or quality control. No appliance is worth putting your household at risk.
