I'm writing this because for the past 4 weeks the outside temperature has been in the 90's with high humidity and this unit has kept 4 rooms - a space of 700 sq. ft. - constantly cool and dry. After four summers, it still works as if it was brand new! If my current unit failed tomorrow, I would buy this exact same one again. It's worth every penny and has kept this space at 71 - 74 degrees - non-stop!
