I use this item on average 2-3 x a week
I made bbq wings in it that we’re so crispy and good...yet not dripping with grease or fat. There was no stomach or reflux issues after eating these...mind you they weren’t spicy
One of the great things is the built in smoke filter so he house doesn’t smell like smoke.
A second great things is that the natural meat drippings go to the bottom of the drawer that the basket sets in...easy access to pour into base for delicious gravy...like with fried chicken and mashed potatoes.
One of the workable least favorite things is the little soft rubber feet that cover the nuts on the bottom of the basket ...so we hand wash the basket and the insert /drawer but clean up is easy.
My husband was skeptical as the insta-pot didn’t turn out to be my thing. He absolutely loves this.
