Mixed feelings. Looks great and I like the product, but the magnetron died after 3 months, so that lost it a star and 2 stars on quality. Additionally, it was too late to return it to Best Buy so had to coordinate with Frigidaire for an on-site repair! Fairly painless I guess and no cost to me, but annoying for it to fail so quickly and have to schedule that. It’s now been about a year since the purchase and we’ve had no additional problems. I’d still recommend it assuming I just got a bad one… but would stay away if you see lots of reviews with this same issue.

Love this microwave. Controls are easy, and like having them on the door vs. old microwave. Design is beautiful, love that the interior is super bright white. Fan is loud (took a half star away) but effective, under lighting is bright. Other half star was while installing, one of the nuts that you screw into from above came loose and fell inside the body. I had to disassemble the outer panel to remove which while easy, added more to install time.

WOW WHAT A GREAT PERFORMING MICROWAVE, IT IS A BEAST IN SIZE , LOVE THE LOOK , ONE OF THE BEST PURCHASES THIS YEAR GREAT PRICE ALSO. THE INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME DID A GREAT JOB< NEAT AND CLEAN AND GAVE US A LESSON ON SOME OF THE FEATURES. GET ONE YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY!!!!!

Bought this to replace a Maytag microwave that died after about 15 years. I chose this microwave because the installation instructions showed it would work with my cabinet depth without needing to add a board behind it, because it has a relatively large glass platter (other microwaves with the same cubic feet had significantly smaller platters), and reviews indicated it was better quality than most others (i.e., others had complaints about door alignment, the door handle coming apart, etc.), It's working great so far. The LED lighting underneath is a vast improvement over the dim incandescent bulb that our old unit had. The modes for heating beverages and reheating various things seem to know when to stop better than our old one's did. I also like having a button to add 10 seconds in addition to the add 30 seconds button. Very satisfied with the Best Buy installers. I had already removed the dead microwave, so they checked the measurements and got the new one installed very quickly. They even set the time on the control panel. Also, I liked that I could select my installation date during the checkout process online. The other big box home improvement store's website said that I would need to call the installers to arrange a date after completing the transaction, and I didn't want to pay for the microwave without knowing when it was going to get delivered.

This microwave is huge. Little bigger than I had intended but we are happy with it. So easy to use.

Looks sharp! Heats and cooks nicely, and it's a little more compact vertically but still very roomy inside so you can nuke a nice meal or tall cup and still have room to cook on the stove. I also like that the number buttons can be used as one-touch minute selection, or quick type custom time selection without resorting to a cook-time button. But that's about the extent of the pros. Construction: is a bit flimsy in my opinion. Back panel vibrated so badly with the exhaust fan running I had to stick towels between the vent and the wall to dampen the vibrations. Sound: even with dampening, both the fan and motor are awful. On partial settings the motor buzz-hums loudly like a bad intercom speaker. On full speed it sounds like a Hoover vacuum cleaner. It's deafening when cooking. Menu Settings: despite the easy use time settings, the rest of the menu is stupidly impossible to use. You have to blindly click through menus which are not easy to read, then select settings in each menu. We've all done that. But sometimes the current setting is shown and you have to cycle to select a new one. Other times the new optional setting is shown first. You will inadvertently reset custom settings more than once before you figure it out. Overall I am pretty disappointed with Frigidaire. I truly was hoping for much, much better. But I put too much work into installing it, it does what it's supposed to, and it does look handsome, though it screams like a banshee in a lung machine. I decided to keep it, but I'm not pleased.

Great upgrade from our original Frigidaire micro. Really like the no handle feature and has some new reheat settings. Best Buy made it easy to order online, and all the other stores wanted to charge me a no option delivery fee. I didnt want to have to pay an extra $75, so I had it delivered to the store and went there and picked it up.

We bought this microwave with the matching range. The pair looks grest together. A sleek design with a add 10 second and add 30 buttons provide amazing convenience.

This is so far a great microwave for me and my family. The appearance has a very "high end" look and the performance to match. I would highly recommend this microwave.

#1 - it's beautiful. The photo on the website just doesn't do it justice. Love everything about it so far. Easy to use. 10 sec and 30 sec buttons for quick warmups. It's absolutely lovely.

I would have given 5 stars except for two things. The door, which extends beyond the actual oven part is so wide that you have to make a special effort not to hit yourself in the face when you open it. I know it looks sleek, but it’s poor design. Second, although the microwave itself is very quiet, the vent fan on high or medium is incredibly loud. Otherwise, I like the oven just fine.

Nice looking. Compliments our new Frigidaire induction range. Very quiet. Bright overhead and interior light. Accurately heats food. Touch screen responds to a lite touch. This one checks all the box's.

Once thrown up, I like the overall display, looks pretty sleek. The wave itself is very quiet compared to the 2007 (barely hear it running) Whirlpool it replaced. I will say the exaust fan is very loud. However, I don't use the fan often and on top of that? One knows it's working well. I am only into a few weeks using this microwave and so far I love it. Time will tell if it lasts as long as the Whirlpool at 17 years?

The entire family is very happy with the product. It completed the kitchen look the wife was going for . The appliance looks very modern but at the same time the minimal function buttons are easy to follow. Our old micro display, seemed that it had to many function buttons. To soon to give any negative reviews since it been such a short time with it. But I seriously doubt there will any reason to complain. Shout out to the installation guys too. Did a great job and were in and out.
