Worked great... for one month

It’s a very attractive oven, but I would not recommend it for anyone who wants to use it to... say... cook. We liked it for the 3 weeks that it worked. Then it just died. None of the buttons on the control panel will do anything. The display only shows the time - no error codes. When we open either oven door, it beeps like crazy until we close the door, and the time on the display resets back to 12:00. Tried giving it a hard reset by turning off the breaker for a couple minutes... no difference.
I called Frigidaire... their "best guess" (it makes me extremely nervous that they kept saying "Well that's odd" as I described the problem) is either a short in the control panel or a faulty sensor. They gave us the name and number of a service technician to get it fixed. Turns out that tech doesn't work on wall ovens. That’s a bit concerning, that they don’t know what their service techs are willing/able to work on. The second one might be able to help, but the earliest they can see it to diagnose it, let alone fix it, is 6 days away.
Overall, I'm obviously not happy, and more than a little concerned about something this serious happening after less than a single month of use. Not sure what’s more frustrating at this point: the lack of functionality of the equipment or the lack of service in their customer service. At least it's under warranty... for now...
