I very much love my range. I like the design and the ease of cleaning.. It is also nice to have the option of convection and you can use both the convection and conventional means of heating together. Also NO fingerprints on the gallery appliances..Luv it

I purchased this stove a month ago. I like the convenience of the bottom rack pulling out as the door opens. Another great feature is the internal temperature probe. It's so easy to operate. Cleaning the stove top is effortless. Definitely an upgrade from the Frigidaire Gallery slide in.

The Frigidaire Gallery line definetly has more “class” without breaking the bank. Sure it’s not going to have everything some of the other more expensive brands do, but you really have to look hard to get better bang for the buck.

Unforunately, we had to have a loose handle and a noisy burner fan fixed. The fan was the result of screws not engaged to hold it tight.

This is a great product at a very reasonable price, plus I lucked out on some rebates! I especially love the placement of the controls(up higher than most) as we will have small children in the home a lot.

just remember to take out the zip ties that are holding in the metal shelves before you bake for the first time..... grrrrr

Great stove only thing annoying is that the fan runs when ever it's on until it cools.

I love the convenience of a smoothtop stove, extremely easy clean-up. Also, how fast water boils and food cooks is amazing!

Great quality and heating and very clean lines. Easy to use and works beautifully. No qualms and complainant so far.

Happy with the range, but it took 4 weeks to arrive!

The oven size is not as large as other’s; therefore, it is important to be able to utilize ALL 5 rack setting and due to the design of the “effortless oven rack” you cannot use the lowest rack setting. When you place ANY one of the oven racks provided in the lowest setting, closest to the bottom of the oven, the door will NOT close! The brackets that you attach the effortless oven rack arms to, will not allow the door to close. I called the Frigidaire, customer service line and was told that the oven door should be able to close when using the bottom rack position and they sent me a new oven rack which still does NOT allow the oven door to close when placed on the bottom level!!! It is extremely disappointing to spend so much money on a new product to have it not operate as it should. Now I have to call them again and wait to see what they plan to do to fix it. Also, even if you could close the door when using the bottom setting, you still would not be able to use the effortless oven rack on the bottom setting, and if you place it on the next to bottom setting, you cannot even place another rack on the bottom setting at all as the arm brackets hang too far down and block access to the bottom setting. Their quality control should have caught such an obvious problem before sending the product out!!!

We had the stove for almost two weeks when after cooking bacon we tried to clean the stove to find some small spots (The largest spot was the size of a quarter) on the underside of the cook top glass right over a burner. The spots resembled an oil slick on the under side of the glass. I called Frigidaire and they said there were no reported events like this and that this hadn't ever happened before. I'm in disbelief that I'm the first person to ever see quality issues with their stoves and what was clearly a manufacturers defect. I told them I had no confidence in their brand if they can't even admit they have problems I can't trust their products in the future. Luckily I called bestbuy on the weekend it broke, if I waited till the next monday I would have been out of the 14 day return period. I have to say I didn't realize the return period for appliances was only 14 days so we got really lucky. Frigidaire said they would have sent someone out to fix the issue since it was so new and they would have had to replace the cooktop. However if the cooktop had this manufacturing defect who is to say the replacement wouldn't have issues on the underside of the surface as well? I bought a samsung range and haven't looked back at this mistake.
