This dishwasher replaced an eight year old FGID2466QF7A that had a plastic tub but only recently started to have issues where replacing it was our best option. This dishwasher sold me on its features with the third rack, stainless tub, and quiet operation. I installed this dishwasher myself and the screw for adjusting the rear height worked great. Its nearly silent while running! However, the racks all feel extremely poor quality. They dont slide nice and are very shaky. I guess i just expected more out of a $900 dishwasher. My old one wasnt even this bad. The handle also does not match my other Gallery kitchen appliances but thats a small issue. However, as its main goal - washing dishes, it does very well with the two loads ive thrown at it thus far. Will definitely buy an extended warranty.

This dishwasher is sleek and looks amazing in our new kitchen. When it’s in use it is quiet as a mouse. It has the ability to manipulate the drawer for more room for big pans and it has 3 drawers.

Been very happy with this purchase. The noise level is low, and can fit alot of dishware and silverware. It matches our Fridge so that is nice too. Has alot of echo friendly settings as well :)

Good product like the 3rd rack system also where the pods is has a line that directly wets the pod so don’t have to worry about it not dissolving.

This is very quiet. The down side is the racks seem very flimsy. After hours of drying time there is water on my dish ware. I expected so much more since my 20 plus year old dishwasher had better racks and it never left water on my dishes.

I recently purchased this dishwasher and have been really impressed with its performance. It’s quiet, efficient, and leaves everything spotless — even tough, dried-on food. The cycles are easy to navigate, and I love the sleek design that fits right in with my kitchen. Dishes come out clean and dry every time. Definitely a solid upgrade from my last one. Highly recommend!

I bought this dishwasher because the one I had for almost 24 years from the same company Frigidaire worked great. I thought by buying the same brand I won’t have to worry about issues with it for some time. Well, I was wrong in every way. I understand that equipment breaks even if is new. But what I don’t tolerate is the lack of customer service from Best Buy and Frigidaire. I bought a warranty through one of the programs with Best Buy and as I call them for help with my dishwasher that stop working after 7 months of purchase, they said the first year of the warranty’s responsibility comes from the manufacture. I was told no matter what happen to my machine it be repair or change no questions ask as I was buy the extra warranty. I was misled by Bestbuy. I end upI calling Frigidaire and with in 4 days I had a technician giving me a diagnostic. The mother board was broken. As I said before I understand things break, but now I being waiting for almost two months and no repair yet. I reach out to the company representing Frigidaire in charge of the repair and they said the reason of the delay was because one of parts didn’t arrived yet. I called Frigidaire to find out why the delay, what was going on and they said not having any documentation from the repair company ordering the part. This is very upsetting and as I elevate my complaints to a manager, she said that I was going to get a call at the end of the day. Is been 4 days since that phone call. Please be careful buying this equipment, be careful getting extra warranty, and over all be careful people lying about the process. I being a costumer of Bestbuy for many years and it is so sad how things have developed. Hope this long message help those getting a dishwasher from Frigidaire.

I purchased this dishwasher and installation to replace a 5 year old Bosch that kept breaking the water inlet valve. I thought this would be a good purchase, as our Frigidaire refrigerator has been great for the past 8 years and counting. Wowz was I wrong. There is virtually zero water pressure from this thing; you can literally hear the water spraying inside with no pressure at all. Its loke ots just running straight tap pressure with no pump boost at all. Because of that, the top two racks don't get clean. Cups with milk residue, coke drops, etc, don't even get clean. I cannot recommend this to anyone. With installation, we paid nearly $1000 for this thing, and its just flat out terrible.
