The two guys who helped me were very helpful. One of the installers made sure I was getting the proper service by spending 20 minutes on the phone to make sure I was getting my TV mounted instead of being set up due to an invoice issue. They also set up my desk and did it so fast the whole time it took to do everything was a total of 1 hour. Great team. I would highly recommend them, The gentleman was a Latino American and a Caucasian fellow. I forgot their names, unfortunately, but I will describe them to at least let Geek Squad/Best Buy know the description of the duo that performed their amazing service. Another thing they did while on the phone to redo the invoice to correctly match the service they were providing to me, one of them was installing the products ahead of time to increase the efficiency. It's so surreal how much cleaner my room looks now. I'll provide a picture below to show you guys! I believe the Latino American's name was Angel, and he called me ahead of time to come earlier to get to my house to start the appointment which I was greatly touched by because it showed me how caring and professional he was. Great guys and keep having them do guys!

The 2 people from Geek Squad that came to deliver and assemble my Tv console we’re amazing. They called the day before to confirm the schedule and address. They called when they were in their way. They did an amazing job assembling the console and made sure to keep everything neat and clean as they worked. Super friendly as well

I’m glad I chose Best Buy to purchase my tv stand. The tech guys were amazing. The put everything together quick and efficiently and they also cleaned up the remaining trash. They even asked me if I wanted them to mount my tv and did it for me. Thanks Geek Squad!

I had 2 previous appointments with BB 3rd party individuals unable to complete the assembly. My faith in Best Buy and Geek Squad was restored today by Armando and his assistant who spent 2 hours diligently assembling. I cannot speak highly enough of these 2 geek squad agents and the professional, efficient service they provided. Thank you!!

I would prefer to assembly the stand myself. Size prevented being able to get it home, time constraints forced having to pay for assembly and delivery. Stand is functional, looks good, but not fine furniture.

I was upset to discover a gouge on the bottom of my La-Z-Boy - Bellamy Executive Office Chair - Coffee Brown - Bonded Leather. I paid Best Buy two hundred and forty-nine dollars to assemble the chair and did not open the box prior to their arrival, plus I gave the guy a tip. I have no idea if it arrived damaged, or if he damaged it during assembly - but he must have seen it and for whatever reason just didn't tell me. Very disappointing. 1 star off for unreported damage.

After reviewing comments related to range of DIY assembly for the Whalen Console BBXL54NV decided to have Geek team assembly. Excellent decision as team was experienced with assembly of this particular console, efficient, professional, and explained away concerns. Additional had there been any product defects solutions could be resolved easily as was not the case in some of the research.

Jose and Fernando from JB Hunt did an awesome job assembling the TV Stand with Fireplace. Friendly, courteous and professional. Would have taken us all day. The two of them worked great together and have us all set up. Thank you so much. It looks beautiful.

Purchased a Salamander AV2 triple cabinet console from Best Buy in December. Had to wait almost a month for the delivery but it was well worth the wait. The console arrived on 01-11-23 but installation couldn't be changed to match. Had the console assembled, leveled, and components in and wired before the installers arrived on 01-13-23. Did not have cabling managed so the console was not pushed against the wall yet. Very happy we waited for Geek Squad installers. Not only did they manage the cabling they eliminated redundancy in the way I had wired the components. The initial setup of the components was done in about 1/2 hour. Saved me a bunch of grief in setting it up myself. The two gentlemen were very knowledgable and respectful of our home (they had their shoes off before being asked because they saw no one else had shoes on). Overall - great experience!

Jeramie with Strong Arm Solutions mounted two TV’s and assembled a TV stand. Unit was assembled with care and very secure. 65 inch TV was mounted onto stand. Another TV was mounted in kids room. Great job, thank you!

They did a great job! Mounted everything in less than 2 hours. I just had to take care of the trash.

Two men worked on putting my cabinet together and switched and moved two tv's around. It took about an hour and a half.. they did a great job! Very polite and professional. They cleaned up behind themselves.

Two teams were terrific. Great communication about arrival time and drop off. Worked well as a team to put together a TV stand with many parts parts and connections.. Courteous, careful and very professional. Explained everything in detail.

Very surprised with our technicians. Talk about exemplifying "Aloha"! Well done, Best Buy. Mike and Nick went above and beyond. They did a fantastic job setting up our Rocketfish tv mount, Samsung QLED tv, and Samsung Soundbar. Tv was mounted on the backside of a full bathroom wall, so the Legrand in wall concealment kit wouldn't be a smooth install. They explained the pros/cons and in the end we opted for them to not install it. I would like to recommend Best Buy get Nick and Mike new tools and an increase in salary. They deserve it imo.

Awesome! Saved my husband and I from a major nightmare. I will always use Geek Squad to assemble any furniture I purchase. Worth every penny and hour!

My actual geek squad representatives were quick clean and very helpful. My problem is the best buy experience. We had nothing but problems when ordering and scheduling our tv delivery and scheduling the installation. Best Buy is the worst when you confirm everything is in stock yet they lose it right before delivery then don’t contact you when there are issues. Calling the help line is even more ridiculous. The customer service is non existent. But the actual installers and the installation was the only good part of buying from Best Buy.
