    I love everything about the movies except there were no English versions. It was all Japanese with English subtitles.

    Gamera is like the off-brand version of Godzilla. Despite Gamera looking scary, These movies are about as kid-friendly as the Godzilla movies of the 60's and 70's. I never found the kid-friendly Godzilla movies to be all that great. With that being said, I wasn't too into this series. Though, I found that the gore scenes were pretty amusing, seeing as these came across as kids movies. If you are a fan of the Godzilla movies, from the 60's and 70', I think you owe it to yourself to check this series out too.

    I'm a big fan of Japanese monster movies,I'm showing my children the movies that their grandfather showed me growing up.It's a great addition to my Japanese movie collection.
