the dash cam work just like they say audio is very good the still shots are very good the video at daytime to dusk is verey good .nite time is what it is .if its a well lit area its good .if it only your head lite its ok sees what you see verey well love it.for the money its great!!!!!

The GARMIN 20 is the best dash cams that I have used, the daytime video quality is excellent, clear and sharp. The night time quality is really good. The only issue is that there should be the option to turn on/off the speed function.

The playback video on your computer is very clear. The only problem is the record button is very sensitive. A little touch to the device and you might start actually recording without you even noticing it.

Does everything claimed. Mount inconspicuously, hide wiring and nothing else to do, clear picts and easy set up. Would recommend to anyone that wants a record of traffic incidents.

Depending upon what you're trying to record this may not suffice. Super easy set-up. Although if you're trying to record those idiots crashing into you, you need two units - one to face the rear.

This product is well worth the price when you need any supporting evidence in the event your involved in a wreck and not at fault. Throw hearsay out the window it catches all!

I bought this from Best Buy online for $119.00 in this model's close out sale saving about $80 from the original price. I loved it so much, that I tried to order another one, but they were out of stock by then. I'm sorry Garmin has moved away from this product as it offers all the features of the newer cameras including GPS (minus the wider LCD display good for replay which the new one offers), but is more compact which is good for me as I drive a little Corolla with not much windshield space. In addition this model came with both the suction cup mount and adhesive mount. While the adhesive mount creates a lower profile for the camera, which can be hidden in front of the rear view mirror, I like that I can move the camera to another vehicle via the suction cup mount when I need to.

This dash camera is an excellent performer and works well under various lighting conditions to provide high quality video and still frame of the view I see out my windshield. It works well at both highway and city traffic speeds providing you with a detailed image. I think it is a little extra insurance you need in today's world.

Everything I need in a dash cam. Compact and very easy to use.

This is by far the best decision ive made. I work on the road and needed aomething like this, car accident, theft or just plain funny. It captures everything you see when you are driving.

Camera is great! Very small and easy to switch between vehicles. Great picture and easy to use! Downfall has only one wide angle view and small monitor.

However I did change out the microsd card for a 32gb #10. Give me about 17 hours of recording

This camera was beyond my expectation,it's well worth getting.

A must have camera in todays fast pace world, everybody seems to be in a hurry and accidents do happen so a little proof can never hurt

I have used for a only a week and it is great! I will write another review after another 3 weeks as an update. Recommend you purchase the longer power cord as the one that comes with it is too short and hangs down the middle of the wind shield. Best Buy does not sell the longer cord, you have to go to the Garmin web site...goes for $24.

Great safety measure in this world of the unknown. Very easy to work, and it automatically shuts off when I shut off my car. The G sensor is very sensitive, as each pot hole causes a tag. I don't mind it and feel great knowing it's working.

Does just what it says. I bought a larger memory card so it can save more"events" I also purchased a generic 15ft cable so I can connect it to my USB input vs 12v lighter power port. Worked fine. Had one event so far, a large stone hit my windshield, because it didn't automatically save the event I flicked it with my finger and it was enough shock to autosave the event. I then played the event on my home computer. Great product and up tot the standards of what I expect from Garmin

My boyfriend is a truck driver so this comes in handy on his daily trips. He catches all the action from people cutting him off to other accidents. He wanted one just in case he's ever in a he said she said accident with his truck and is found liable for the accident when if it were to not be his fault. You just never know.

The day after I bought the dash cam, I drove from Tennessee to Idaho. Camera performed as described with no problems. In todays world, this is a necessity. Picture clarity is very good when reviewed on my computer.

Love it but falls off the windshield at bad times!
