I finally decided to upgrade my Garmin and after reading reviews, I decided to purchase this watch. I loved my older model, and even though this one is a little more expensive, I trust the Garmin name and know it will last for a long time. This watch is awesome! I love how it has Bluetooth and I can sync all of my runs to Garmin Connect and to my favorite running app called Strava. This watch does everything- heart rate, cadence, etc. You will not be disappointed! I run half and full marathons and I have never had an issue with this watch. I also like that if I am close to my phone and the Bluetooth is on, I can see message and other alerts on the watch. If you are a runner, this is definitely the watch for you!

Tracks everything, battery life lasts up to 7 days depending on how many activities you track per week. Doesn't take long to charge it completely either.

This watch is great. It is easy to set up and tracks everything I need. I would highly recommend it. My cousin has one also and she LOVES it as well. Would recommend to everyone.

I’ve had several garmin running watches over the years and this is definitely the best one yet. It’s ridiculously easy to use and syncs and charges easily and quickly.

The Garmin Forerunner 235 is an excellent GPS watch to own. Many activities can be performed with this watch from Running, Hiking, Cycling, Indoor Treadmill and Walking. Garmin also provides many other features like programs for cycling, running and get fir programs that run from 4 -12 weeks long. If you are really interested in a GPS watch research this one at an extensive level to make sure it's not going to have too much features that you think you'll never use as you would be wasting your money. It's definitely not for the beginning runner/walker. I highly recommend that you buy a tempered glass screen protector for it as you may end up scratching the face.

I purchased this watch along with the Fenix 5s to see if price made a difference and it certainly does. The Forerunner was very cheesy feeling, all plastic and I felt that for the price it could be made better. I returned this and stuck with the Fenix since I plan to wear the watch all the time. The features on the Forerunner work well (was told by a few friends who have them) but I prefer the look and feel of the Fenix. Would recommend if you don't plan to wear all day everyday and just want the features of a running watch.

I got this product for my wife who runs. She is very satisfied with the fundamental capabilities of the device. I just wish there will be more capacity to add more features.

The main feature I was looking for was a built in heart rate monitor and the ability to share workout data with my coach. This Garmin allowed for both. Being able to get txt messages is a plus.

i bought this for my boyfriend, he LOVES it. the battery life is awesome, super easy to figure out and very stylish while having all the gadgets you need directly on your wrist.

Upgraded from the forerunner 15. Love everything about the watch. Only negative would be sleep tracking. You can set the watch for your usual bedtime but if you're still up and you lie still on the couch, it will think you're sleeping. If you wake up the night and get up, go back to bed but don't fall asleep for a while, it will think you're asleep. It also doesn't track any daytime naps. I didn't get the watch to track my sleep so it's not a big deal but for the price of the watch and it's heart tracking feature, you'd think it would do a better job.

Get the GPS signal real fast, stats are useful and accurate, also good for biking, have not swim with it yet. Smart features linked to my iPhone works great. Long lasting charge.

This watch has the longest lasting battery and I have owned plenty of smartwatchs. Easy to pair and use. The app is extremely user friendly.

I bought this for my son to help him in his training for both cross country and track. It was easy for him to figure out alone and it has really helped him learn how to race.

As typical with Garmin, this is a quality product at the price point. I would suggest a higher end model for triathalon work, but this is a great watch for most people

Great for runners and even people who just want to run now and again. I don’t usually like Garmin bands they break too easy but this one is great

Pretty good tracker. It gets the job done. I bought this to replace / upgrade from Garmin Vivosmart HR Plus. I was surprised this more expensive device did not have all the features of the cheaper model. Biggest thing missing for me is a barometer so it no longer counts stairs for me. It also does not have have a walking activity built in but you can down load an app to add that feature. On the plus side, it does have a nice color screen and ability to customize the face is pretty nice. Overall it does what I need and gets the job done.

I love my Apple Watch but after dying on me as soon as I crossed the marathon finish line I knew I needed something else and my Garmin hasn’t failed me yet!

This is my first running watch/tracker. I am very pleased with the performance, battery life, and the additional motivation that it gives me to get out there and crush my records weekly!

It's great to be able to track my training every day. It is easy to use and helps to motivate me and get me ready for the next marathon.

I like my garmin a lot better than an apple watch for serious exercise. Battery last around a week on average!
