I actually bought this watch for my wife, but she didn’t want it, so I thought I would try it and I love it! The watch has good battery life and I like being able see my notifications on it. I am trying hard to get in shape and the watch makes tracking my workouts super easy. The GPS tracking is very accurate. I also like that there are customization options available.

I've been using Garmin for years so am a fan. This one is easy to use, the screen is large enough for me to read and love the functionality. This tracks, walks, runs, hiking, biking, and swimming. It also suggests workout and asks you how you felt after. Great watch and well worth the money.

Purchased this for an upcoming Marathon training! it is one of the best purchases and provides with detailed input on timing and mileage so I can plan on improvements. I would highly recommend this product for someone who is looking to improve their running wether it is for marathon training or just for ongoing running passion.

Very practical and very useful. Currently iron man training , and every statistic is well organized and calculated. The Garmin Coach is very effective and pushes you to improve. I go 7-8 days without charging the watch which is one of my favorite aspects. The ConnectIQ app also helps you personalize the watch with different watch faces and very customizable on the layout.

Garmin 245 -24/7 oximeter has an accuracy of less 3 to 4pts vs a medical fingertip oximeter. This model is the best among sports watches with this feature. Though not a medical device, this is highly recommended for those post Covid patients like me or maybe COPD who needs to monitor their oxygen, walking distance and heartbeat in the outdoors regularly.
