    Just not for me

I used the watch for 3 weeks, after which I returned it. It just didn't work out for me. I am a basic user, I run maybe 2 - 3 times a week, Sometimes I alternate that with going to the gym for strength training. What I loved about the watch was: - The battery time! I charged it once a week. and it only takes about 45 minutes to charge. The list of things I didn't like: - It's not good for tracking weight training at all - The interface is not intuitive in my opinion, and takes about a week or so to get used to. - I think its overpriced

Bought this for friend that never reads manuals and rarely figures out tech stuff in their own. Yet, they were able to use this running watch effectively without much difficulty.

I have been using Garmin watches for more than a decade now. I was confused about which models to buy, so spent good amount of time in research. This one had all the features that I needed. It has all the required features that runners need, but the best thing that stands out for me is long battery life in gps and non-gps mode. I am loving it!

Amazing watch! Great to record all exercise. Personally use it for running and it’s very accurate with its built in gps. Nice to not have to bring my phone on my runs and just be able to have my watch on! Definitely recommend

    Not for me

I've been an Apple Watch guy to this point, but I recently got into mountain biking and wanted a watch that is more specifically tailored to the outdoors. While the features and apps are indeed more aimed at outdoor activities, the watch itself is somewhat glitchy and not nearly as user-friendly as others at the same price point, or less. One of the biggest setbacks for me was the fact that the watch has to be physically connected to a computer running the Garmin app for system updates or to add additional apps. If you're looking for specialized apps, tailored to outdoor activities, this may be a good fit. The battery FAR outlasts that of Apple Watches or other comparable devices. But as an everyday smart watch, and for the price, it wasn't for me.

I’ve been wearing this watch for about two months now as let me tell you it’s been quite the upgrade from the instinct! I absolutely love it. I did buy an aftermarket band as I didn’t really like the one that comes with it.

    Great Fitness tracker

This is a great Fitness tracker and gives you good amount data to track and keep yourself fit. The battery life with moderate use is about a week which is not bad. However, you cannot adjust the fitness level you would want to operate at. The watch continues to ask you operate at a athletes level which may not be your goal.

After using the Garmin Forerunner 235 for several years I decided to upgrade to the Garmin Forerunner 255. The display is amazing and the added available data and features is well worth the price of the watch. Si far it has been a great investment!! Let's go for a run!

It's a great watch. Gave me warnings when I was tachycardic. It was just a little too fancy for my likings. Too many bells and whistles for me. The battery life could be better. And for someone with a very small wrist, the band was very pinchy. I ended up returning it.

I actually ended up switching from apple watch to this because of two weeks battery life and data apple wasn’t giving me. Being able to track sleep, stress levels, HRV. Love it. Just don’t love the watch band.

I love this watch, you have many different face options, easy to navigate. The only thing I wish it had was gps for golf to give yardage readings, other than than that great value for the watch.

Very light weight and very good daily wearable smart watch. Accurate tracking of health and statistics along with report that the app provides everyday makes extremely simple. One of best Garmin watch to buy for this price point.

I enjoy my new watch and has so many things to do with it that I have not yet been able to try them out. It keeps track of all my important info for example sleep, steps, stress, and even how my body recharged while sleeping somewhat like a phone charges while we sleep. So far, I like it but if your looking for a smartwatch that looks nice when going out then this is not for you. I use mine when I work or workout and change watches when I go out on the town.
