I use this product for work. It is very reliable and hasn't let me down once. I've only had it for a couple weeks though. It has an easy menu and was so easy to learn how to use. Cashier told me because of hot weather, definitely take it inside and not to leave it in your car since it will overheat and stop working. I got the warranty just incase though! I definitely recommend this product!

I already previously owned a garmin gps which I really liked .Had it quite a few years. I wanted to update to one that says the street names. This is perfect. Much easier to judge when to make your turn.

As I said this unit has been great so far, easy to use, great display, it shows me traffic slow downs that just pop up on the screen, I am learning more and more about it every time I use it. I love the mile marker notice and the constant posted speed limit updates, I supplement the speedometer on the unit rather then use the one my dash board...I have become dependent on it.

The Garmin nuvi 2557LMT is the easiest to use right out of the box unit I have personally used. It comes with all the features needed ready to use as soon as you turn it on. maps for life is one of the best things long term I like about it, just plug it into your pc and update the maps. No more purchasing map updates.

I upgraded from a previous Garmin and absolutely love the new view when you change streets or highways because it shows you the proper lane to be in so you don't have to make any last second sudden moves or miss an exit because the verbal instructions were unclear.

I really enjoy using this gps. My old one was around 8 years old and it also was a Garmin. I never had problems with it. This one is a nice upgrade because of the bigger screen and it also provides images of highway signs and streets. It is more accurate than my old one, doesn't have trouble finding addresses.

Purchased this GPS for my drive from Georgia to Florida. I haven't driven in the states in over 13 years, so I was looking for something reliable to make my trip safe and easy. This did the job!

I bought this so I didn't have to use my phone as my GPS going on long trips. I love the screen size and how accurate the information was. It always let me know if there was a faster route or if traffic was bad ahead. I thought the price was very good as well. The only thing I noticed was that trying to find alternate routes on your own without it prompting you wasn't easy to find. Other than that, this is a very good GPS!

We're so thankful we bought a new GPS! This one has lifetime maps. Plug it into the computer directly and download updates as often as you wish. Add new voices, seasonal icons, and more. It also does not say "recalculating"! It just politely goes with your change of direction and sends you the correct way to get to your destination. It is quick in the city and spot on with the screen shots of signs also. Amazing unit!

Needed new gps. This one had features I needed. It has worked very well and I enjoy the large screen.

I had a really old garmin but my husband bought this one for me and I love it. It's really is easy to use and I love how it lets me know when there is traffic. I really like it.

This is the best GPS product. I have had a Tomtom which I did not like at all. I will always get a Garmin from now on. It is so simple to use and easy to figure out.

Easy to use, very fast and almost never fails to get me where I need to go. Loss of one star for map updates being a bit slow to recognize new and recently renamed roads.

I loved the advanced and helpful lane guidance on here. What impressed me was it sometimes used landmarks to indicate where the turn is, especially on complicated city streets. I enjoy the free lifetime traffic and free lifetime map updates. The only downside I can find on here is the menu layout. I tend to forget were the feature I'm looking for is located. But overall, this GPS is a great buy.

1st trip over 7000 miles in the southwest, never got me lost, great through the big mega cities with a lot of construction issues without any problems. I was very happy with it very easy to use, I let it route me motel to motel so got on some great roads.

nice gps, works great, clips onto window easily, I haven't used it alot but when I do it gets me to where I want to go and its great since we live in a new area and we don't no where everything is yet. glad we bought it, but still keep the trusty State Farm Atlas in the car also, can't seem to let go of it yet!

Drove around New Jersey for a week while there for business using this gps. Without it I am certain I would have taken multiple wrong turns and angered the locals.

Don't let the" not always accurate traffic alert" keep you from buying this unit. I have not yet found a gps that is always accurate. I own a lawn care company and needed to find a gps that could route an entire day for my guys and this one does it best out of all the ones I have tried. My guys just put all of their stops for the day into the gps and it will put the stops in the best order. Plus, once they leave the stop they are at, it will automatically start guiding them to the next stop. If you pair it to a smart phone, it will also show you a live weather map and you can even look at live traffic cameras to see traffic for yourself. My guys love these, they are easy to read and easy to use...
