Very fusturating

This was not satisfactory and we returned the item. I had told the salesman what I was looking for and felt he did not inform me about it's limitation which cause me to not be able to use it.

Voice Command is Garbage

Numerous errors on directions. Prompts you to take off route turns in multiple states. Had me get off Interstate Highways, drive 4 to 8 miles and return to same Interstate. These errors are nothing compared to the Voice Command function. Never got a Voice Command correct. I took back to BestBuy in less than 30 days and was told cutoff was 15 days. I kept it and on one trip had 5 people try Voice Command. wrong every time. Next trip 4 different people. Voice Command again couldn't get one command right. Bought this for National Parks tour of Utah. Thank God I also brought my Nuvi 50. They desperately need to Upgrade this technology before they put it on the road

My old Garmin was great but this one isn't. Old one was easy to put in new state and city even if you didn't have an exact address. It doesn't show where you are within the MapQuest it shows..
