It was a little to get used to because i was using an Apple Watch. But so far i am enjoying it. Love the features and the durability. I did purchase a screen protector and will probably get a cover for it also.

I've been a square face fit bit user for the last 7 years and decided to make the switch over to Garmin. I was hesitant to make the switch but was convinced to try it.
This is such a great watch, the app is so informative, and free. Gives you more information than the git bit premium does.
This watch exceeded my expectations, i have no cons about it. Even the round face is growing on me.

Switched to Garmin after several FB Charge 4/5 failures. Some functions not intuitive, but easy once learned. Plenty of data available to analyze health and fitness. Can’t really assess durability after just over a month of use.

I had the instinct 2 for about 6 months and struggled to read it (old age). The vibrant color screen of the Vivoactive 5 is much brighter and easy to read. I was concerned about decreases battery life compared to instinct 2, and it is less, but it is still better than most smart watches. Highly recommended!

The watch itself works great. Bought it for daily health and sleep monitoring and am happy with the results and accuracy. However, I personally dislike the UI as well as how workouts are tracked. It may just take some getting used to,

Already having issues with screen not responding twice and I’ve only had for a month. Found it’s a common issue with this model. Customer service was pleasant, but no estimated time of when this issue will be resolved. Other than that, it does functions well

I’ve been using the Garmin vívoactive 5 GPS Smartwatch for a while now, and I absolutely love it! It’s super lightweight and comfortable to wear all day, and the black design with the slate aluminum looks really sleek. It feels durable, but it doesn’t look bulky, which I appreciate.
The fitness features are what really sold me. I use it for running, biking, and even yoga, and it tracks everything perfectly. The built-in GPS is super accurate, so I don’t need to carry my phone on runs, and it even tracks my heart rate and sleep. I love seeing all the data in the Garmin Connect app—it’s really motivating to watch my progress.
The screen is bright and easy to read, even in the sun, and the battery life is amazing. I only need to charge it every 10-11 days, which is a huge plus. I also use Garmin Pay sometimes, which is super convenient, and I like getting notifications from my phone right on my wrist.
Overall, this watch has been a game-changer for me. It’s easy to use, has tons of features, and helps me stay on track with my fitness goals. If you’re thinking about getting one, I highly recommend it!

I may just be allergic to the material, but the watch made my wrist blister and very red and puffy. Besides that, the interface was difficult to get use to, the heart rate and blood oxygen were not accurate or consistent.
I used it a few times when working out and that was the only time it did seem to be very useful.
The peeling picture is from 5 days after taking it off.
Best-buy was very helpful with the refund process and made it very easy
I'm very sorry to hear about your experience, as we take matters like this very seriously. However, it sounds like you were able to return your device with BestBuy. If you choose to come back to Garmin, I'd recommend a watch that uses a Nylon Strap!
