Felt cheap so I returned. Very small and lightweight, good for someone who is looking for that, you can barely feel it when it’s on. Ultimately I returned and got a venu 3s.

It's not user friendly with all the extra features. I don't golf and I just wanted simple interface. The CGM connect was not efficient with Garmin. I returned the product and bought Fitbit Sense 2; simple to use and synced with CGM

I had my watch for a little over 3 months. All the functions worked as they should until they didn’t… one day I charge my watch and a blue triangle popped up and it never worked again. The geek squad tried restarting it but they couldn’t. If you look it up, it’s called a blue triangle of death, and it basically means the system crashed. There really isn’t an explanation to why it happens nor is there a fix. look up the issue before you purchase a Garmin watch. lucky I have the best buy memebership & was able to get a full refund w/ store credit.

Watch looks and feels great but it is a little
difficult to figure out. If you’re not very tech savvy and like simple things then this watch is not for you. This watch has A LOT of features and can be overwhelming.

I have to returned this item. Not meet my expectations and needs. The setting for exercise mode was kind of weird. I really disappointed. The battery drain too fast

Well, I missed the return window, or this item would have been returned. I previously had a Venu Sq that was three years old. It stopped keeping an accurate record for activities. I thought it might be time to upgrade. Boy, I made a huge mistake. This watch is very buggy. The battery life is about 4 days. The heart rate is accurate...until it isn't, requiring a reboot. The sleep tracking is a joke. Save your money - don't buy this version. Let's hope Garmin fixes it for future releases.

After 1 year, battery started working almost a day, and 2 months after, it never worked again. Disaster

Pro— Beautiful watch, large face
Con- Doesn’t come with a wall charger, Not intuitive, Have to Google settings to figure things out. Just setting it up is super frustrating
To record elevation with activities, you'll need to make sure that you're selecting an outdoor activity. If you're selecting the indoor version of an activity--as I've done by accident a number of times--your watch will turn off GPS, and your activity will be missing elevation and other GPS data.

Hard to rate because their shipper never delivered the product and will not refund or replace the item. Purchase somewhere with better customer service and reliable shippers such as Amazon.
