I had an earlier version of this same tracker. This one has several new features that improve its functionality.
The watch face would be improved if a larger font could be chosen (with less info per screen). On the other hand, the phone app view is appreciated.

This watch does not track sleep accurately. You will have to manually enter sleep times which defeats the purpose. You must set your preferred sleep window, say 10pm to 7am, but if you are in bed reading at 10pm this watch assumes you are asleep, even if you are awake until past midnight reading, getting up for some water, using the restroom etc, the watch thinks you are asleep. It does the same for when you wake up. If you wake up before your "preferred" sleep window ends you have to manually end your sleep on the device itself. Other smartwatches are able to know when you actually fall asleep and wake up but not this one. I had many support tickets, device reset and replacement, and the issue has not improved.
The "do not disturb" function gets toggled on/off with one very slight swipe and feather light tap, so it gets disabled at night very easily. Any email, text or whatnot that arrives while you are sleeping will now zap you awake until you switch DND off again. I had to permanently disable notifications because Do Not Disturb gets toggled off so easily while sleeping so now I can't look at my watch during the day to see text messages without going through five menus on the app to enable that function.
After six months the band (which they did not replace when they exchanged the watch) is now worn out, flimsy and loose, and as others have said, the watch falls out of it easily. You may wake some morning late for work but have to dig through your bedding to find it if you are lucky. If you are unlucky it will fall out on the way up the stairs to your train platform and be gone forever.

I am very satisfied with this device, and it works so much better than any fitbits I've tried. I fully recommend this fitness tracker and would buy it again, if I needed to.

Wanted to try something different from fit bit. I was mostly attracted to the band, because with my last two fit bits the band eroded the side of the device making it unwearable.Looks nice. Like graphics on app. Battery life POOR. After 3.5 months wont re pair with my phone.

Excellent choice for a combination watch, and health tracking device. Garmin Connect app is user-friendly and provides substantial data to track health metrics
