I had to reset a couple of times. The touch screen would not work sometimes when my timers or alerts went off I had to keep tapping till it finally worked. I did wear it swimming a couple of times, for fear of other problems. Otherwise, everything else worked fine. It was comfortable to wear. As time progresses the charge starts to lessen, so you have to charge more often.
