The install went very well. Was fast and efficient without compromising anything. The dryer was tested on several cycles as well.

Installers/plumbers installed washer and gas shut valve etc and set up dryer. Only after doing the work, they pointed out dryer had large dent on the side. They said it often happens when taken off shelf by forklift. I tried getting it replaced. 2wks later delivery people couldn’t detach existing dryer and plumbers came 2hrs later, so replacement didn’t happen. Rescheduling was difficult so I haggled over getting refund instead. Didn’t enjoy the process. However, the appliances seem to be working properly.

I had that dryer exhaust smell and humidity in my laundry room. Customer support scheduled a return visit the next working day, and they straightened it out (it is very crowded in that room, I don't think I could hook up the exhaust back there myself).

Knowledgeable, clean, kind and very careful to not damage anything along the way. No complaints or attitude even though it was very tight to get everything to the second floor.

installer was on time and responsive. recognized that I needed a different connection for the gas line as mine was much older. He made the proper adjustments without hesitation and explained what he was doing every step of the way. very happy with his work

Jose and his helper did an excellent job removing the old equipment, installing the new LG gas dryer, testing it, demonstrating how to use it, and making sure I was satisfied with it's placement. They worked in very tight quarters, but were very cautious and respectful not to damage a door, the floor or the new equipment.

Not very happy with the installation. I paid for new venting that was never installed. They had to comeback because the dryer would not dry the clothes.. turns out the old venting was plugged and then they broke our basement window.. never want them near my house! Was told on phone a credit would be issued.. what a joke.. that never happened

MN plumbing and Appliance did a good job. They were relatively quick also. I believe they finished removing my old machines and installed the new machines within an hour.

The installation texhs were extremely friendly and helpful! The delivery was on time, they called ahead to confirm the appointment and update me on the time-frame of the delivery. The techs set my dryer up in a timely fashion. There was no mess left behind, delivery guys cleaned up everything! I could not recommend the two gentlemen that came to my home highly enough!

To complete the installation I had to agree that they could make several changes so that the laundry room met the local code. One change required an upgrade to the outside vent. When the installers made the change they borrowed my ladder. They never bothered to bring it back into the house when they were finished.

Best Buy subcontracts their install work. I'm in SE Mass and "Thoz Guys" was sent to my home. The installer was rude and defensive when I asked why I was being charged an additional $400. He said "I can already tell you're going to be one of those". He asked me for my credit card without telling me an amount or providing an invoice. He had me sign the delivery confirmation in pencil (I took a photo). Bad attitude from start to finish - like I inconvenienced him for buying a new dishwasher. Do yourself a favor and get your own plumber.

Installer spoke very little English, which made communication difficult. This lack of communication is possibly why they installed the dryer without telling me they used my existing venting and didn’t use the new one I purchased. When they left, they had me electronically sign stating was installed to my satisfaction. After they left, I noticed that I paid for the venting and for a steam kit, which also wasn’t installed. Thankfully, I talked with a very helpful representative of the installation crew who helped me with the refund of the vent kit and arranged for the installers to install the steam kit when they returned to pick up our dryer around 9:15pm that evening.

Tom and Colton delivered and installed our new washer and gas dryer. They did a great job! They arrived exactly when they said they would, were careful when bringing in the appliances and got the job done quickly and correctly. It was a pleasure dealing with them. The washer and dryer are working great.

The main installer was great, his partner… not so much. Complained about everything.

Very good installers, knew what they were doing, no mess left behind. Arrived ahead of time after they called of course. They wore Mask's as we did also, didn't have to ask them to do that they did it on there own Thank You for that. I would advise customers to use them. Great Job. Showed my husband how to set dials and all. That could be a first. I sure don't mind.
