Great install and everything went great minus forgetting to turn on the gas to the dryer.

This gas dryer has a "brain" and knows just how long to dry your clothes to exactly how you like them. i like my towels completely dry and my delicate clothes just lightly dried and then i hang them up so they don't shrink. I like the jingle it plays when its done instead of a loud buzz.

The delivery of the new washer and dryer was flawless, along with removing the old set up and down a set of stairs. The installer was terrific!!

Delivery and service excellent. Delivered on time. Let us know eta that day. We had the old gas dryer removed a week or so before for new flooring. This team installed the new dryer, were careful not to damage washer, dryer or new flooring. Hauled off the old dryer. Personable and professional. Will not talk about the refig installation from the "L" store. Thats another story.

Executed well and professional. I only wish we would have known in advance this type of work was going to be needed for the installation. We paid for parts and visit in advance but didn’t know they would also be doing another $300 worth of work there above and beyond the bsic install.

The installation crew did what they could and were very nice to deal with. Washers and dryers are made larger than they were 10 years ago. We have a stackable unit in a very tight space. It's not just about the dimensions of the machine - you need to be aware of what access is needed to install, vent and allow access to it. The salesman didn't bring this up and the new units did not fit.

Our installers moved the Dryer into our room, and hooked it up, went over some basic instructions and started it to be sure it worked. They were very neat and took all the boxes with them. They also were on time and called ahead when they were on their way. Great experience.

Outstanding team. They updated our gas supply by cutting above a kink in the copper supply and adding a shut off valve and then attached the to the wall to prevent future kinks. Their work quality gave us peace of mind related to any gas’s issues in the future. They were very friendly, efficient and professional and did a great job of bringing new dryer in and hauling out the old one. They tested the equipment and cleaned up everything before they left. I would highly recommend using Best Buy’s installation service and this team was fantastic.

Gas dryer installers came to my house, installed the dryer, followed all COVID protocols carefully, and followed all gas inspection rules. I am confident they did a good job. Would have the Best Buy installers again.

One guy did it all, surprised but he was creative and efficient. Thank you for sending out someone who knew what they were doing. No issues and managed the large dryer all by himself with no damage. Very polite and professional.

Would definitely buy appliances from bestbuy again. The installations are basically free except for the hardwares that cost pennies and gas units have a small fee. Its cheaper than my plumbers or movers bringing the units into the house. They moved 2 washers and dryers from the garage to the 1st and second floor around these tight circular stairs with no damage. Best of all, I purchased whole house appliances 1.5 years ahead of time for a new construction and was able to schedule the installation 1.5 years after the purchase. 1 fridge 1 range, 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 dishwashers.

Guys came and installed the appliances 3 different times because of problems with products purchased not working correctly. All 3 times the installers did an excellent job.

Needed professional installation of my gas dryer and they did the job. they also replaced a valve that wasn’t up to code during my visit (for an additional charge) that saved me during a future inspection

The deliverymen were professional and practiced the Covid-19 protocols. They hooked up the new dryer and took the old one away without complaints or problems. I was very satisfied. I am pleased with my dryer.
