the two men who came to install worked quickly and had the dryer set up faster than i expected

They NEVER installed it. We had to go elsewhere. HORRIBLE service. 2x we were told it would be delivered and installed. NEVER happened! I still keep getting emails, text to reschedule. Please STOP sending them.

The service was not completed. Why did you put down service completed today? It was canceled many months ago and I am still waiting for the money to be refunded to me. The manager is supposed to call me in 24-48 hours to resolve this nonsense issue.

The install company never showed up for our October 4th appt. They never called and no showed. Had to go to store and get manager involved, who wasnt much help either. They rescheduled for a week later and no showed AGAIN

Really good experience with the guys that installed the washer and dryer. They were polite and patience.

Our appliances were installed on 7/15. The installers (MN Plumbing in Prior Lake) forgot to bring the converter kit and told us we would have it 7/17. It is now 7/20. The installers said we will have it by Friday, 7/24. That's nine days without being able to use our new appliance. After spending 3 hours on the phone, I am no further than I was last week.

Cost me 900dollars in rent for supposed appointments that they never showed. I will not have this style of Business at my household anymore.

Easy way to get rid of old units. Clean crew, quick to remove.

Worst experience I've had with an appliance install and will never get another one related to propane from Best Buy.

We were given a time frame of 7 am to 9 am for installation, and to receive a call 30 minutes before the installation team arrival. 9:15 am have got no calls

The conversation of the gas to propane took very little time.

Was scheduled 13 days after purchase. Appliance delivered but no qualified technician to complete installation. Rescheduled earliest date 22days later!

Delivery and install crew were the worst. They had a miserable attitude and didn't have the correct LP conversion kit to do the install.

on line purchase and delivery/install lp gas dryer was horrid experience and process. required 3 tripps to the local store and at least 15 hours of my time concerning purchase of a lp conversion kit, delivery/install of dryer, conversion kit and pedestal.

Terrible should not be through a 3rd party , way to many issues , jump through way to many hoops for the job to not get done properly or time

My gas dryer was supposed to installed on 4/9/21 and requires a 3rd party licensed professional because of gas and propane conversion. IT’S STILL NOT INSTALLED. Installer has been a NO SHOW - 3 times and after countless hours and over 6 calls to Best Buy it’s still not resolved.

I have been no showed 3 times for my gas dryer installation, which I purchased new from your store. No one called and no one came. I’m now scheduled for 10/21. I’m hoping they actually come this time.

The final people who installed our unit were fabulous, but this was about the third attempt at installation and the first two were a nightmare. If it hasn't been for Calon and Mark at the store, we would have returned the product a long time ago.
