It’s been like 21 months since they installed my samsung dryer.. AND WASHER. Still running perfect, haven't had to change a single thing. I didn’t even pay for them to hook up the washer, so like i hope no one gets in trouble for me saying that! I hooked up an electric dryer once.. terrible experience.. i hated it. However, i didn’t mind having to hook up the washer. Except this time, they did it for me anyways! Which was so awesome. I am wondering if they are just really nice people, and do they get paid for it? When i last bought a washer and dryer… the ones i hooked up myself a few years back… the men offered to hook it up for me, but i refused their help because i am a DIY-er, and wanted to do it myself. I often wonder if i had said yes.. would have i been charged, or were they going to do it for free… would they get in trouble? I should totally ask next time! My point is, their squad is always really friendly. And will probably stick with best buy forever.

The first dryer we bought was a lemon. It wouldn't dry the laundry within any reasonable amount of time no matter what setting it was on. We tried to troubleshoot the issue for 2 weeks before giving up. The problem was that the heating element wouldn't ignite so I finally called Best Buy who quickly made arrangements to replace the unit completely. The new one works fine, but some items still periodically come out slightly damp so I either re-dry or finish with flat drying. I never had any problems with my old 28 year old dryer until the motor finally gave out. I hope this one will last that long!

They came and installed the dryer perfect, they were on time and did a perfect install! Lg dryer larger size and washer at the same time. I ordered the lg smart washer and large capacity dryer and they did a perfect install.

I recently purchased a Samsung Gas Dryer along with the installation kit. I also purchased installation. On the delivery day, the installers discovered that a flexible vent hose and an adapter were needed to perform the installation. A quick trip to one of our local big box hardware stores provided me with the proper items needed for installation. A new installation crew was scheduled and my dryer was installed flawlessly. I was able to return the initially purchased installation kit to Best Buy with no problem. I am really enjoying my Samsung dryer, with its many specific settings, large capacity and quick drying! There is a bedding setting that allowed me to dry a queen sized comforter with ease. I am super excited about my purchase and installation! Best Buy DID NOT disappoint!

Good reliable dryer doesn’t take up too much space and has a lot of different options. Filter is inside and pulled out which I think is better than the usual top of the dryer. I was expecting an average dryer but it did impress me. Installation was done by Best Buy professionals that were very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable.

Appreciated the phone call with arrival time the day of installation. The installers arrived and was careful with bringing the merchandise into our home and up stairs without damaging the walls or banisters. The installation was completed expeditiously and professionally. All questions were answered also a demonstration of how to connect merchandise with Wi-Fi. We were completely satisfied with the quality of installation and would recommend Best Buy to friends.

The LG ThinQ Dryer is amazing. As with my washer and Sidekick washer, Installers had limited knowledge of challenging installations. My laundry room is on the 2nd floor and is very small. The floor was uneven and they were not experienced in “thinking outside the box.” They were cheerful despite the unique situation and advised I alter the floor before they could guarantee the installation. They couldn’t take out the old combo washer/dryer unit because they had not done the install. The hallway and laundry room were a bit crowded until we found our own solution. The salesman evidently didn’t actually understand our space an floor problem so he didn’t order more experienced installers. I also purchased a matching LG Gas dryer and Sidekick washer. Neither of these were installed until I hired a handyman. If you have anything, but a perfect installation situation, make sure you really press the situation to the sales associate and ask if it’s even possible. Take pictures of your area with you to the store

After having a dryer installed a few days later I noticed a black burn inside the dryer ~Best Buy was wonderful and had a replacement sent to me, if it wasn’t for the second installation repairman explaining to me that the first guy did not do his job replacing the vent! The dryer wasn’t getting proper ventilation! I was livid, the young man who explained everything very thoroughly to me and replace the vent, I was very please with the second installation man I can’t say enough for his honesty and his great work!! Best Buy did take care of us but make sure that the installation person is doing the proper job. I wouldn’t have checked because I thought they did it, paid $25 to have a kit and install it... shame on you for not doing your job! Double check everything!!

Appliances were delivered as promised in the date and great communication with geek squad handling the appointments as well as with drivers delivery!! Very professional and quick to install.

After removing the old dryer brought in the new dryer connected gas line an new supplied dryer duct made sure functional and dryer duct was secured and sealed with no kinks in the duct or any blockage to hinder dryer function and made sure gas line was reconnected with no leaks or issues to delay future use sound and competent service crew.

Do not recommend Best Buy appliance installation services. Gas dryer was installed in properly. Vent hose, not exhausted outside of the structure.. Vent hose also bent. Contacted my own appliance repairman to install properly. Cost me $300 to do so Best Buy would not credit the full amount. Supervisor said they would send a check for $150 which I’m still waiting for two weeks later

The guys were so nice! Quick and I almost blinked and they were done. This was a great team. They cleaned everything up before they left, they were just super!!

I was a little nervous about some of the reviews I read about a 3rd party delivering my order but the delivery service was great. They hooked up both my washer and dryer, made sure it was level and tested it to make sure it worked. The delivery team was also very professional and removed my old washer and dryer.

The installation team did not install the dryer because the stacking material was broken and the dryer is just sitting in my hallway. I'm working on requesting a new appointment to get the dryer installed and driving to a local store to pick up a non broken stacking equipment. Hopefully the team can make an appointment. I would recommend calling to confirm with the team that none of the parts for installation are broken before they leave the warehouse. The dryer itself looks awesome and excited to use it, but just a bit disappointed that after ~2 months of delay that we ran into this problem.

Dryer was successfully hooked up in a timely manner. Dryer vent was not properly installed & was only set next to exhaust pipe. Also pipe was pushed so is sticking outside of house about a foot.

Job done well was able to get everything insulated and put in the proper spot dry was fitted and tried to see the make sure that it worked before the person's left and was very pleased with the surf
