The line was not yet installed and I requested to have the stove just dropped off and I would connect the line, but when I asked were they going to come back out to mount the unit they did not know what I was talking about. I informed them that the stove had a tipping warning and a mount to the wall (which was included) need to be installed. The guy said that he had never heard anything about that which I found alarming because I'm guessing that none of the "installations" preformed are not properly mounted thus causing potential hazard. (note-most of theses total tech installs are subcontracted and are not Best Buy employees)

I’ve had three different stoves and all expensive but junk. The quality of service that I’ve been giving by the Best Buy employees has been atrocious. In summery never buy an appliance from Best Buy I’m that disappointed as you can see in attached photo that’s how good this stove is, it’s perfect for the trash not my home!!

I had the worst experience with the Best Buy installation crew. After installing the oven the gas was leaking throughout the house. I called customer service and they would not agree to resend the crew to fix the issue because I didn’t buy the extended warranty, even though, the problem was due to incorrect installation by incompetent crew. During all of time the gas was leaking throughout my house and I had to open the windows to air the house. The problem continues to exist and finally I decided to hire my own tech to fix the issue. Extremely bad service overall. ABT offers a much better customer service with high quality professional installation.

Where do I start… horrible all the way around. Took 4 installers to finally get a simple gas stove installed. On of them never showing up, one showed up with a dryer vent hose to install a gas stove, one said my gas line was damaged and needed to get a plumber out to repair who basically said nothing was wrong with gas line and charged me $150. On 4th go they showed up and installed 3 weeks after delivery. Horrible service. Was suppose to get reimbursed for the plumber charge… still waiting on check promised by Best Buy total tech.
