The two man crew arrived within the allotted time frame, actually half way through the time frame so earlier than expected. I’m so sorry I don’t remember their names and feel awful about it. They both surveyed the situation. Being especially nervous about the fragile nature of my house flooring, I had put ram board down where it would be appropriate to preserve the flooring. I had un-installed my old range and had it moved aside for it to be easy for removal. With clever use of lifting straps they took out the old range then brought in the new range. After making sure with my shims that the new range would be level, the new range was carefully hooked up both for gas and electric and gently positioned into place. All functions of the range were tested and explained to me. It was a great job! I am extremely thankful to these two installers.

Best Buy’s delivery and installation team came on time and delivered and installed our new range quickly and efficiently. The installer put in a gas shut off valve at a small extra cost. This brought our gas line up to the town’s code. They were very careful to not damage anything and basically treated our home as they would their own. Would definitely recommend this service.

I received a stove installation and also haul service for my old stove that was awesome !!!! Many people thinks this service is expensive, i used to think it, but Mark and Mark were the best delivery, installation and removal services. My delivery window was from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, NOBODY arrives on time NOBODY, well except Mark and Mark, they were at my home at 9:05, they remove my stove, cleaned up the space, installed my new stove and teach me how to use it. The best attitude i’ve ever seen !!! Thank you guys for an excellent job !!

I had Geek Squad handle the installation of my new Whirlpool Slide-In Range. They did a great job. I have used Geek Squad for installation of my Maytag Washer and Dryer as well as my Whirlpool Refrigerator. They are Very Reliable and Professional.

I bought a gas stove and was nervous about who was delivering/installing it, as I'd had a bad experience with my clothes dryer installation a few years ago where it wasn't vented properly. (Not from Best Buy!!) The installers, 2 gentlemen, were very efficient getting both appliances in and out of the house, gave me time to clean after they removed the old stove, were very careful, respectful & knowledgeable. Everything was completed with attention to detail and I had no reason to be nervous! Much appreciated!!

The company On Time Delivery and Installation did a Wonderful job all the way around. Gabrielle and Ralphel were Excellent on Delivery, Installation and Relocation. They were Professional, Knowledgeable and also Personable thru out the entire time. I would Recommend them to Everyone.

The Best Buy technicians that installed our gas range were skilled and experienced to handle appliance installations. They were professionalism, knowledge, and ability to quickly and efficiently set up my appliances.

The contractors were extreme professional and informed me that the gas connection was not up to code. He ensured that it was replaced, tested the oven and even wiped it down afterwards.

This install was to replace an older gas range with a new double oven convection range. The service personnel were certified plumbers and did a superb job on the install. They carefully inspected the lines, connected the new range, performed tests and even explained the different functions of the range. During the whole process, the installers were very courteous and professional, being careful not to damage any furniture on the way in and being super deliberate to ensure the job was done right! I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

Best duel fuel range on the market and has brass burners so looks so unique! Cooks amazingly fast and oven bakes to perfection as it’s a convection oven!! Worth the price and quality!

Recently my wife and I had bought a gas range and range hood. It was installed by a outside company that works for best buy, The installer was very professional answered all of our questions. Clean up was fantastic. I wish all installs could be this easy.

When the installer first came, I thought how is he going to manage transporting the appliances in and installing them himself. He knew exactly what to do, he was so careful bringing them in, making sure he did not bump the doors or walls. Since one of the appliances was a gas range, I was comforted having a big name store do the install incase there were any problems. I've included a before and after photo(the first photo is actually the after). Excellent service and install!
