    The stove is great quality. We were very happy in the installation. When we look for the air fry basket, none was found. The installation people said they resolve the problem. Nothing has been said since or delivered. Went to the store of purchase to resolve what was promised with the results of the installers need to take care of the problem. Still no air fryer basket.

    i love my stove. and i waited 9 months to write a real review. so a month until having the stove one of the knobs broke they are cheaply made and after doing research a very common problem. They are the plastic ones i orders replaced metal knobs off amazon which worked completely fine. overall i’m happy of my purchase. the over in my opinion could have been a tad big bigger, im no baker or anything just noticed while cleaning.

    I really wanted to stick with the previous brand appliance we had(Kenmore) but, my wife wanted this to match the microwave. It seems ok so far, except for the excessive clicking of the pilot on burners before the flame goes on.

    The installers Best Buy sent to install my Zline 36” stove were very professional and did an outstanding job. Please note, make sure prior to installation that you review the stove installation specs and ensure the electrical outlet and/or gas line are in the correct wall position for the stove you purchased. If they are not in the correct position, this could delay installation. Not all stoves have the same required placement for electrical outlet/gas line. Mine were not in the correct positions for stove I purchased and I had to have them moved. This is costly. You may want to review stove instal specs before you purchase and ensure your home electrical outlet and/or gas line meets the specs.

    Excellent range. I love all the features and it feels very solid and good quality. I looked at several at this price range and this really was the best one. Dealivrrt was a breeze. I had originally bought another stove at another store and delivery was so so so bad. Best Buy heard about the time I had had and took time to explain everything to me and make sure that delivery would be correct and professional and it was. Next appliance I buy will be from them!

    Love this stove and Geek Squad was fantastic. Stove is very Heavy Duty and it is sexier in Person than the photos online.

    Where do I start?? Installation- the guys came in an installed my new stove. When they were finished I noticed the stove was sitting out kinda far so I asked can it go in a little bit, they said no due to the gas line in the back. They turned the oven on an informed me that the oven had to run for an hour to burn off oils that were in the stove prior to shipping. After about 30mins I heard noises coming from the stove and proceeded to open the oven and noticed the tilt bracket was attached to the oven rack and in the bottom door the stove griddle plate wrapped up in plastic and taped down to the bottom of the stove along with the registration card . I immediately took everything out of the oven (hot) about 2hr later i was still smelling gas. I proceeded to call my husband to come home to check and he turned the gas off to the stove after hearing hissing noises. I called the delivery/installers and let them know I was smelling gas and they had left parts in the oven while it was on and they just said it was the oils.....I let them know that they need to come back that it was not the oils burning it was gas. They stated they could be back around 4 or 5pm. (My delivery was at 830am.) I said fine, 5:30 pm still a no show I called they didn't answer. I called geek squad to inform them of everything stated above and the reached out the the installer manager who would call me within an hr. I get a call from their manager just for him to tell me it's the oils in the stove I stated to him it was gas and that they needed to come back out to check their installation by now its 630pm and they are not in my area and couldn't be there within an hr. I informed him ill just cancel the install and call geek squad. Eventually my husband installed the stove I just wanted to give the Installer a chance to right their wrong but I had went all morning and the day with out a stove and was completely over it...they did not install the tilt bracket or remove items out of the stove before they turned it on and didn't even use the leak detection kit that was provided with the gas line kit. I'll sick to small electronics never will I buy anything that comes with installation. I would give it a zero if I could.

    Guys did a great job! Arrived on time. Very professional, they both said they did not speak English, which is fine by me. I don't much care for small talk anyway.

    Two young men were very good, on time and quick installing my new gas range. They were friendly and respectful of my property. I would give them both my highest recommendation for their work.
