The 2 gentlemen who delivered and installed my new range provided the most professional and concerned delivery and install I have ever had and that is saying something! They arrived a bit later than scheduled but it was a holiday time delivery and they kept me informed by phone of their ETA throughout the day. They were quick at unloading and unpacking the new range and never lost their cool when the old range gave them some trouble being disconnected. They were super careful of my door and walls when coming in and going out with the appliances, It was cold outside and they kept the door open for as short a period of time as possible. The new range install was quickly dispatched and they cleaned up every bit after they were done. (One even offered to sweep up the kitty treats we found lurking under the old range!) I have had MANY delivery/installs in my lifetime (yep, I'm OLD) and this was the BEST.

Wonderfull installation, very professional, and very quick. They took my old appliance out with no issues and installed my new stove very easy despite been a tight squeeze

This was one of the best appliance purchases I've ever made. Aesthetically the range is very pleasing and friends assume I paid a small fortune. Easy to clean and heat performs perfectly for top cooking on burners and in oven. Highly recommend!

The geek squad did an excellent job installing my Samsung range! They were quick but thorough and careful. They were also very polite and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

The crew that came to install our new range were able to come a lot earlier in the day and installed fast and neat.

Installation of the new range was excellent and the installer was very professional and knowledgeable. Fantastic job and very well done by him and his team mate.

It only took 10 minutes to install. I liked that the delivery guys are trained to install your appliance without having to call in a second party plumber to connect it wich most places I did my homework with had. They deliver the next day but you’d wait 2 weeks before their plumber could come connect it. I didn’t like I had to pay to recycle my old one after I spent all that money on a new one, recycling should have been free.

The first up and I ordered came damaged from the factory. I was disappointed because it took so long to have it delivered and installed because of Covid. They showed me how it came in the box and another model was ordered. When a second oven came It was installed and looked fabulous in my kitchen. Unfortunately the pilot was not lighting properly and I had to again order a new oven. Bob from operations was fabulous taking care of the issues. The third oven performs as good as it looks. It was worth the wait! If Bob the operations manager from Harrisburg Pennsylvania was not available to take me through the landmines I would’ve no longer been a Best Buy customer. Thank you Bob!

The stove works fine. The gentleman who brought and installed the stove were experienced and very professional. They did a good job!

Final attempt that bestbuy arranged was very acceptable. The special installation team did an excellent job for propane on our stove range. Bestbuy didn't use the correct appliance on the order, they ordered an install of a dryer not stove range

The two gentlemen that made the delivery were great. Very professional, friendly, quick and neat. They removed my old stove and was very careful during the whole process.

MY REVIEW IS FOR OSCAR ONLY, not for BB customer service in or the company and the 1st install date. I had two teams with two different install appointments. Up until the time my 2nd appt came, I was planning to return my range. The 2nd team was amazing. Oscar is FABULOUS. I filed two complaints about service, not Oscars, but the 1st and the 3rd party company and BBs response, and not a single response from BB. Oscar is who shouldve been sent the 1st time. He knows not only his job, but how to treat a customer. Oscar shouldnt be working for that shady install company. He is better than that

it is okay, unfortunatley when I turn on oven I smell gas sometimes. Had tech come out because oven did not seem to be burning evenly. Had tech check this also when he came out said it was fine??"

They did their job but could not assess that my gas attachment was just fine and i had to accept the generic gas kit which was not as good as the one i already had. I had been told at Best Buy that if mine was OK i could return/refund the BB generic gas kit.

perfect installation, they set up everything perfect and the stove works fine, we had a gas leak but all they had to do was tighten the gasket and now everything is fine

They arrived on time and completed the install fast. Very professional, and they took care to make sure they didn't bump into anything else. They tested the oven to insure everything worked. Well done.

I have been very happy with my stove, it a great unit specially for the price. The heat is consistent, I like the selection of different size burners and the center brittle is great for pancakes and it looks good.

The Installation crew was very professional and efficient. They took the old stove and installed the new one in less than fifteen minutes. They left the place very clean. Kudos.

They did a good job installing. Came on time and we're very quick. Can't give it five stars thought because first time they installed they forgot to remove some tape which ruined my first stove. Best Buy sent me a new one which was great but feel only can give 4 stars because of the initial issue.
