Depends on whether I'm rating the first or second pair of guys who came out. Team 1, who came with the stove, get 1 star. They removed the old, hooked up the new, and didn't damage anything. It was supposed to be leveled as part of the installation, and was obviously not. When I pointed out that it was still off by both his and my Level, I was told "Well that's as level as it's gonna get." They then left. I thought they were coming back upstairs to finish the wifi setup, but they were just gone. Team 2, who came out the next day(?) to do the wifi and address the leveling problem, were a stark contrast to Team 1. I would give them 4.75 stars. Patrick and his partner quickly leveled the stove perfectly. They did have trouble with the wifi/app setup, but scheduled a Geek Squad appointment for me to get it resolved. (I figured it out after they left - a permission on my phone needed to be granted.) Anyway, all ended well, but Team 1 was the first time I have EVER been dissatisfied with anyone I've dealt with in depth from/at Best Buy. (They're also the first subcontractors I've ever had to deal with via Best Buy.)

We received awesome service from Best Buy and their installers! They kept me up-to-date on when my delivery was coming. They got it set up less than 30 minutes, tested the gas line, gave me a tutorial and answered my many questions. They are awesome!

The Installation crew was very professional and efficient. They took the old stove and installed the new one in less than fifteen minutes. They left the place very clean. Kudos.

It took three ranges before I got a keeper so I have more experience with installations than most folks. 1st install: Installer has the box with the new gas connection line and its adapters. None of them fit, Best Buy only has this one hose kit - according to the installation guy and the Geek Squad guy I talk to on the phone - and I have to go to buy a kit myself. He returns a couple of days later to do the install. He turns on the burners, checks that the oven comes on, says it is fine and leaves. Oven light will not go out, error message says the oven door is open. It isn't but I check it and try, and try, etc. I call and someone will be out to check on it. The circuit board was faulty. 1st installer gets an average rating - did not have parts that were needed for the install, then rushed out the door without properly checking that the range worked properly. BTW, he and his helper spoke Spanish in a dialect I could only pick up a few words from. His accent was so heavy and English so rudimentary that we had a difficult time discussing why I had to buy another hose kit. 2nd installer - This time things seemed to be better. I had the proper hose and connectors; the guy seemed to have more knowledge. After he left I noticed that the range was not level so I tried to adjust the feet. The back left corner that should be engaged in the anti-tip-over bracket was not secure and seemed to be at least 1/4" play before it hit the floor. It turned out that the frame was bent - the foot could not be adjusted and was floating above the bracket. The installer had to lift the back of the range to push it against the wall. He should have known it didn't seem right and checked to see what was wrong. 2nd installer gets an average score. 3rd installer - The previous installer(s) had installed the pressure valve on the wrong end of the gas hose. He showed me what was wrong, explained why, and got a new hose kit from his truck. Yeah, even though Best Buy doesn't supply their trucks with any kit but the one that doesn't fit, this guy has one. He knew his stuff, was friendly and informative, took the time to tell my wife about the functions. 3rd driver gets an excellent score. Overall Good score is a reflection of 2 Average and 1 Excellent score.

My gas line was bad they have to go and come back to get it set up so they come back and set it up nice and clean

When we first bought and had installed, we thought it was defective because it wasn't heating to correct temperature and we got a code that popped up within a week. So we requested a replacement, which we got. When the installer came with the replacement he told us that the first installer installed the range incorrectly and that was probably the issue we were having. So we had to go through all of this because of an incorrect install. The range is good, nothing fancy.

These comments relate to the installation process and installers. They arrived well within the time frame promised. The team was efficient and had the old stove removed and the new one installed in no time at all. They ensured that everything was working properly before they left. No clutter or mess to clean up after them. Yea, Team!!

The guys who delivered and removed the appliances were quick and safe. They did great work!

They were courteous and unbelievably fast with the installation of our Oven and Dishwasher!

The young man who delivered the gas range was very efficient and knowledgeable in terms of the installation process. He was thoughtful and gave very good explanations as to the process.

Both installers were polite and professional. They put on booties to protect my flooring, and made sure to let me know what they were doing every step of the way. Appliance looks great and works great. The only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5 is because they left a huge gouge in my vinyl plank floor right in front of the gas range that they installed. I am not sure how I am going to fix it, it is really noticeable. Thank you.

Range installed without issues. Worth the time and cost

It’s oretty typical that gas lines may need a converter and as gas stove installers, I’d expect them to have them on hand. The first guy kept telling me that they don’t have It and I’d have to go buy it and reschedule the install. Come on! Luckily their manager was riding with them and he said they have it. Was the first guy trying to screw me over? What was the point? They also nicked a part of my wall when they were moving the item into my house. In any case they installed it and it looks great.

Complete installation in less than 30 minutes! I’ve had great experiences with installation of several devices.

Quick installation, polite and knowledgable crew, definately recommended.
