Installation of the LG gas range with Liquid Propane conversion was done accurately and efficiently by On Time Delivery technician Gabriel. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He worked neatly and cleaned up when finished installing.

Love my new range! The design is the main reason I purchased it. My large pots can now sit properly centered on the back burners. I also appreciate the simmer burner can be turned down to a very small and low flame (much smaller than with my previous range). The keypad is user-friendly, too. I haven't used all the features yet (i.e. air fryer and bread proof) but I love everything abou it so far!

The guys that came to install the range did a great job. They checked everything they were careful and took their time.

The Geek Squad team came in to do the final install on my GE Oven. They were excellent and prepared and completed the work in a professional and organized manor. I love the new range. And I feel much better knowing it has been installed properly unlike the contract hire in delivery men that brought out my 1st range and then did not install half of what needed to be done.

Love love love this range. I love the looks of the range, the functions on the range, the controls on the range and the quality of construction of the range. The range controls are easy to use and the range has 3 adjustable shelves.

The range is very pretty to look at and has high end functions i love, like: airfry, soft close oven door, true convection, large specialty burner that can be used with large pots but can be turned down for small burner center heat, light on knobs and more

Licensed lo gas tech? Are you kidding me? After being shocked to find out that the work order included the “professional installation” of our brand new gas cooktop, these guys have spent the hour and a half puzzling over the directions and our confidence could not be lower. They are blindly fidgety with a brand new out of the box piece of equipment. Best But ought to send a cleanup crew so we don’t blow up AND provide a 5-year extended warranty to cover the damage these guys are likely doing to the gas cooktop. They even asked me to borrow a tool they need and don’t have. Can’t believe I was asked to pay money for this! Absolutely ridiculous.

The conversion from natural gas to propane went well. The guys was real nice and worked really hard to do everything correctly.

Love it! Great pricing, came in as given by Applliance Mgr., in Gainesville store, though 3rd party Delivery rescheduled four times...was installed to satisfaction as expected! Propane conversion Installers did great job.

I absolutely LOVE this gas 6 burner stove and the brass burners are so gorgeous! The durasnow stainless steel color looks great and with little kids, keeps the finger prints at bay.

From start to finish my interactions have been great with the Best Buy sales, delivery and support staff. The delivery and install team were amazing. The weather was extremely hot but they carried the stove into the house to avoid scratching the new floors. They were clean and efficient, setting a standard.

Installer did conversion and install in a very time manner. Stove/ovens worked and all is good. Hauled away old appliance. Highly recommend,

Not sure! Came and took my old stove. New one was damaged. Weeks of promises and broken appointments, constantly assuring next time it will arrive 6-7 weeks without a stove! Canceled. Bought one from a reliable and honest retailer.

Products were not needed for installation. Make sure they give you all of the I formation you need and you give them all the information.

It’s a piece junk will not buy a again it’s garbage

NO INSTALLER ever came. They just dumped the stove in the garage and left

The BB installers had to remove an existing gas range and install the new one. The old range was a tight fit and the propane hose attachment was extremely short, making unhooking existing stove very difficult. The installers worked really hard and called in "re-enforcements" for assistance AND a longer hose attachment for the new install. All 4 men were pleasant, professional, and delightful throughout this difficult removal. The new stove install went flawlessly. Extremely impressed with the Best Buy Installation Team!
