Burt Reynolds Classic. Fun with plenty of action. Recommended!

This dvd is a classic great movie great content it had some language in it but nothing like todays movies I would highly recommend this dvd

A great follow up to white lightning, Burt an Jerry outstanding as usual

This transfer of the Burt Reynolds action classic,"Gator" is superb,finally made available in it's Todd Ao 35 Anamorphic Widescreen 16x9/2:35:1 "Scope" aspect ratio{no cropping,pan-and-scan,full frame}which preserves the entire widescreen frame image from the-left-to-the-right at all times,it takes me right back to the original cinema experience I had when first seeing the movie in first-run.It is also the cleanest,brightest,sharpest,of all video transfers I have ever seen of this film.This was Burt Reynold's debut as a director.I highly recommend it to everyone.It includes the theatrical trailer{"White Lightning" has it's trailer},and part 2 of the Burt Reynolds movie making interview{part 1 is on "White Lightning" and covers the making of that film},since part 2 covers the making of "Gator".

This is a classic action flick with Burt Reynolds. A good transfer to Blu Ray: the second 10 minute half of a featurette is the only special feature.

I always liked the Gator McKlusky films, Burt Reynolds was too cool and the stories were pretty good. The blu ray looks great.

Who doesn't love early Burt Reynolds movies, great sound track....

I like Smokey and the Bandit. It's nice to see other good movies with Burt Reynolds.

I remember seeing this as a kid. Thought it was entertaining then. Watching it now I would say the campy cornball humor around Burt Reynolds juxtaposed with the cruel villainous Jerry Reed character doesn't work.
