On this one it appears to be running and when it is finished I look in and the butter has melted but I have to add a one minute cycle to finish the popcorn. This is not good but the popcorn comes out ok with this addition

The last one lasted 16 years. This is a perfect size for a countertop microwave. The only issue I have with this, and the only reason for four stars instead of five, is the door on this oven is a lot flimsier than the old model.

Works great, and great features too. Only reason for only 4 stars is the open button has to be pushed very hard, and microwave is a little louder than our old GE microwave.
