Funtions well but has less features than the model we had 5 yrs ago. Key pad plastic coating is beginning to degrade after one month of use, really.

We have had this for exactly 38 days and the start button is wearing off. The door feels very cheaply made expect it to be next to go. It otherwise operates as expected (so far).

As any husband would know, the happiness of the husband is irrelevent in such matters. This is a time tested product for us. It is the third, of this model, that we have owned in approximately 20 years. It performs well. There were no suprises.

This horrible microwave only lasted me 2 months. Two months!!! I went back to BB and unfortunately I didn’t buy the warranty on a microwave. This was the last time I bought a GE good for two months piece of junk microwave. Don’t buy it. I went back and bought a different brand and I got the warranty. Skip this piece of junk and spend your money on a Panasonic or get the warranty so you can return it in two months when it breaks.

This is a great microwave. Has all the necessary features including turntable, 1,2 and 3 minute express buttons, defrost, add 30 secs to cook time, sensor cook buttons for potatoes, popcorn. People complain about the door not closing right as did my husband. You have to push in the center of the door edge, not just the top or just the bottom. Also read complaints about noisy door and loud beeping when food is done. Not any louder that previous ones I have owned and not bothersome at all.

I bought this as a house warming gift for my niece and she absolutely loves it! It looks nice in her kitchen and it has all the functions she wants.

Bought this GE mid-size microwave to replace a similar GE that served us well for 20 years. We do not live where there is a Best Buy store, so ordered it online Feb. 2020. Here it is July 2020 and the thing is already on the fritz. Whether using the instant setting or the time program setting, it works for about 45 seconds, stops, starts again by itself, stops and starts. I even purchased a 4 year Geek Squad protection plan, but since we don’t live near a physical Store, don’t know how to either return it or get it repaired. This isn’t planned obsolescence - this product is junk.

I like this microwave very much. It has great features but I needed the manual to figure them out. It heats well, has a kitchen timer and shortcuts that make it easy to use.

I'm here at Best buy ...again.... A month after the return policy is up. This microwave was a replacement for a GE my family had for 6 years. The quality has gone down hill. The machine didn't last, the motor burned out, and will not be helped by Best buy return policy or manufacturer. I'm switching brands for good and would not suggest.

Good size. Works as it should. Easy to clean. Good features for a smaller model.

Ordering was easy and the product arrived on time. Setup was a snap, and product works great. Only thing negative was that the instructions for the buttons could have been a little clearer. Reheat function is amazing!
