    The microwave fit well on our counter and blended with the decor. First time we purchased it, it died completely within 30 days. Just stopped workingl, like it short circuited. Best Buy took it back and replaced it. This time, it lasted about a year and did the same thing. Don't waste your money on this microwave.

    Died in less than 4 weeks. Can't return to Best Buy after 15 days: they said it's between me and GE. Only option with GE is to schedule a service appointment, diagnostics charge is $99, waved if technician determines that problem covered by warranty.

    At the beginning the microwave worked just fine but after approximately one month it started to generate some burning smell occasionally which was really frustrating. Luckily we went through GE customer service and had a replacement, but it was a great hustle going through the entire process.

    I’ve had a few Microwaves and this GE Model was the best. Lasted 7 yrs, used daily . I was so happy to find the identical GE model at Best Buy. Would recommend for a family.

    This product had to be repaired within 4 months of purchase and then totally broke down in less than 1 year. However GE refunded my money but I had to go through some hoops and it was not easy, but they (GE) did come through with a check.
