Poor review, We had problems with this microwave. We have had three units before we changed brands. The GEs lasted us about 10 months a unit. I liked the cost of the GE unit, that is why the were purchased. Returns were great at the Best Buy store in Fox Hills, quick and easy.

I just ordered another GE microwave oven and when I looked up the last one we bought, it was only four months ago! So it lasted only four months total before it smelled like it was burning up! I did not realize this when I ordered another GE. Hoping this new one lasts longer than four months.

The oven would have been fine except the shipping box had been mashed and when we opened it, there was a dent and a scratch on the top of the oven . We thought maybe it would be okay then when we removed the oven from the box there was a huge dent on the back of the box. We took the box to the store and they said we would have to return it to the store before they would fix the problem. The oven had been placed in to wall so we were told we had until mid-January to return. We are in our 80's and need for our son to return so we can the oven. You all would not replace the oven by bringing a new oven to our home and replacing the old. So now we pray our son to come back to remove it from the wall. The oven is fine, but we were told our Total Tech option did not cover this situation. I guess we'll have to buy a new oven and have it delivered to the store and have them inspect Can you help?

Our other GE microwave finally kicked the bucket after 5 years, which is pretty good since it was used daily. Our new one has been working fine and not burning the popcorn, or anything else for that matter. We will pick up another one for our son when he moves out.

This is the first GE product we have ever owned and it will be the last. We have only had our microwave for 1 year and 2 months and just out of no where stopped working. Lost all power to it. Will not in turn on. Horrible product!!! I would never recommend this.

Good quality microwave - had a GE microwave in the past and it stood up to expectations. GE has outstanding customer service.

The appliance does what it is supposed to. No frills

This Microwave is the best microwave i've ever bought. I've needed a new one and this was the perfect model! I can cook anything. My fries dont even come out soggy anymore!

I really like it, but I don't like that there's no manual!

We bought this in 2017 and there are only 2 of us in the house so it doesn't get used that often and it's now dead. It will run only after being unplugged for 30 mins. Then when you try and use it, it will only stay on for 30 to 60 seconds.

I bought this microwave for my daughter for Christmas because it is the same as mine and she has used mine many times. The microwave works great for her and she is very happy with it!

The microwave broke after only having it for 20 days. First it started smelling like it was burning and then the push button would get stuck and lastly it completely shut down and started buzzing. Thankfully GE is going to replace the microwave.

Bought this to replace a microwave that had lasted close to 10 years before is passed away. This one lasted less than three months. RIP baby microwave.

Broke with in 95 days. Cheaply built. Best Buy wouldn't give money back. Had to try and get back from manufacture. Terrible

Once GE made good products.....once. Smells like burnt wires and then shuts on and off while in use. Had to unplug from the wall to get it to stop. Still under warranty but evidently this is a known flaw with this model. Will NEVER purchase a GE product again....period.

Not the store. Don't buy Best Buy for appliances. They expect your device to quit working when they say. Not when it goes out under warranty. I will never buy this store again.

This is my third one I need to replace, within a year. I am glad I have the Geek Squad warranty. My new microwave smells like something is burning and the digital features have stop showing. I hope they will let me get another brand.
