correct size and it does everything that we need it to do

THERE WAS ALOT OF HOT AIR COMING OUT OF THE BOTTOM WHILE I COOKED FOR 4-5 MINUTES. NOT MUCH COMING OUT OF SIDE VENT.IT GOT VERY HOT ON THE RIGHT REAR TOP.I 'M SURE THE AIR FROM FRONT WASN'T RIGHT I WAS AFRAID IT MIGHT BE RADIATION.I HAD TO RETURN IT.

This microwave only lasted 6 months. The power just went out all of a sudden.

We purchased this microwave in Sept of 2013, and it stopped working tonight while we were making dinner. We are disappointed that it lasted less than 2 years. We will shop for a different brand next time. Do not buy this without purchasing the extended warranty option.

It is an okay microwave oven, and worked fine until this morning. It is such a hassle without a microwave working at home! GE should provide immediate replacement!

This microwave I bought from Best Buy died, quit working, that's all she wrote exactly 1 year to the day after purchasing the microwave. Very disappointed, but seems that I am not alone as several other reviewers say their GE quit within one year of purchase.

We had to go with GE this size. Old GE died after 15 years! BestBuy had the lowest price on this microwave and free delivery!

Bought it Jan 12, 2018. Wife & I used it several times a day. Today, Aug 29 '20 smelled strong odor of burning wires in/around oven. We kept it VERY clean and it dies 7 months after 1 year warranty.

Very very good oven, and you can tell it’s quality. The only thing I don’t like is its big footprint on my counter. It’s a very big oven. Other than that, it’s the best one I’ve ever purchased.

I purchased this microwave on April 18. It stopped working on July 13.

Our first one broke with a smell of burnt rubber after a month. The second one is about 7 months now and this one is doing the same thing. I will contact support again and hope they will send me a replacement. If I could I would take my refund and go find something else but last time that wasnt an option

Usually I don't pay attention to reviews that give one star but I wish I had. I bought this exactly one month ago it's going in the trash. It doesn't get heavy use, defrosting bagels, heating coffee, cooking vegetables. Today a smell like burning rubber started coming out of the side vents. I actually thought it might catch on fire. It didn't smoke but it might as well have. We had to open the window and side door to get the smell out. I do have to say that GE Repair was helpful and they are sending me a refund check. They don't service small appliances like this when they are under warranty. It's really too bad, it took us a long time to find one and we really liked this model.

I reviewed the white one 4 stars previously, before it failed at 2 months, and the website wont let me update it! These things are unsafe and should be recalled. It started smoking and smelling, even though it kept on heating. This is a defective product. GE customer service while I tried to process a "warranty claim" was almost fraudulent. Luckily I'd bought the bestbuy warranty, and they took it back and issued a credit.

Been to the store twice to take this back. So mad.

4 months after I bought this microwave I had to return it because it smelled like burning wires. I replaced it with the same model hoping it was just a fluke. NOPE! 4 months later we had the same issue. When I called GE, the lady told me they do not even repair these anymore because of similar problems. She said to return it and get a refund.

Was fine until the 7th month mark. Smelled burning and was no longer heating. Has a 1 year warrant but cannot find out how to get it covered.
