Dropped right in, replaced KitchenAid

KitchenAid was obscenely expensive. (It was also "built in" to a cabinet with a frame and mounting hardware) This "dropped" in to the space ... Even to using the same mounting holes ... Astounding. For 25 per cent of the cost of KitchenAid I get 100 percent of functionality. I'm happy

Microwave has the size my family needs to warm up disches. The controls have been easy to understand and there has been no problems with its operation.

I would have liked the buttons on the panel to be white on black rather than the grey on black to make for easier reading. It adds 4-5 seconds when it's done cooking which is more irritating than it is a problem. I haven't needed to use the sensor cooking function yet.

Had to return the first one because it would shut off after running for more than a 4 more minute span to heat a dinner plate. Again the second one has not had that problem. It actually heats food very quickly and thoroughly. Door could close a little more quietly. All in all it performs as advertised. Would recommend for purchase.

A bit of a learning curve of the button layout from our old one of 10 years that this one replaced. But that is to be expected in a new appliance. It heats and cooks well. Would definitely recommend this unit.

However, we own this microwave at another house & it works great. We don’t microwave a lot but this fits the space, is readable priced & looks nice with the trim kit added.
