Bought this microwave since the old microwave just didn't seem to have the power it once had. This one is great and it was a really good price. Easy to use and does a great job. Very pleased.

Small but powerful… I was replacing a building in GE profile microwave and don’t want to break the bank .. got this one one on sale and found a built in kit and it turned out great.

It’s a very easy to use and fits perfectly in my kitchen.

I bought this microwave as we removed the over the range microwave when we remodeled our kitchen. Our over the range microwave was a GE which gave me no issues for 7 years, so I went with the same specs for a countertop version. It’s been working fine for a year, but I noticed a couple of days ago that the turntable is sporadically jerking as it turns during operation. I don’t know if this this is a small issue and will resolve itself eventually, but I’m not holding my breath. Of course this happens when the warranty period has passed. I purchased in April of 2021, but due to delays in starting our remodel we actually started using the microwave in September of 2021. Yup. A year since we actually started using it and now it’s malfunctioning on us. Sigh. Besides the turntable issue, this microwave unit is great.

I had a GE microwave previously until my elderly parents accidentally set it on fire by overcooking something. Ha. Luckily, only the microwave was damaged so I set off to purchase a new one. This model is the updated version of our previous one and I love it. I love the express keys in order to choose the cooking times. It's one of the big reasons I stuck with the GE brand. You press 1 and it instantly starts cooking for one minute, press 2 for two minutes and so on. This eliminates having to press multiple keys to program your cook time. The GE also has many of the sensor cooking options (popcorn, reheat, etc) listed on the keypad as opposed to other brands where you have to press multiple keys to find/select the different items.

Works well. Controls are setup a little different and can not do heating up timing like 2:22 only whole and half minutes. Otherwise a great microwave.

It works as expected and the automatic heating menu is very helpful if you choose the correct mode. Looks great on in the kitchen too

It looks neat and works as intended. The size might be a Con. for some but it’s a Pro. for my family and I.

I bought this microwave to replace an old Samsung microwave and it has work great so far, it heat up fast and easy and the presets work great too, it looks modern and well built as well

It works great! it actually works better than a build in I have by a renowned brand.

Large enough and powerful enough, but can also fit in a small kitchen. Had to take a little getting used to, with time cook button. Overall, impressed and happy with my selection. It was a reasonable price too.

Microwave looks great and like size and stylish plus it cooks at higher watts which is nice for frozen items then you don’t have to cook them as long

Overall I'm happy with this, but there is no information about the functionality/keypad. I have tried using the reheat cycle (option 1 or 2 - no explanation) and if there is a heat sensor, it is not working because it burns things to a crisp if you don't check after a few minutes. Searched online for info on the reheat, but there is conflicting info. Other than the reheat button, I'm happy with it (popcorn worked well with a small bag of popcorn)

This microwave is the best microwaved I’ve owned. It heats up in half the time as my old one. It capacity is larger too. Super glad I purchased it.

Love my microwave, great purchase for great price, every microwave I have ever purchased has been purchased at Bestbuy. Returned one for repair and it was instantly replaced.
