Good microwave. Works good and heats up food nicely. Some of the key pad buttons are wearing out though. But that is the only thing bad about it that I can think of. Gets the job done.

A very good quality microwave but after having had my other one for such a long time, I wasn't prepared for the rapid cook time that 1150 watts delivers. A bag of popcorn used to take 4:20, I reduced that down to 2:45 and it was still too long. I only had my new unit for a couple weeks before I badly burned a bag of popcorn and the nasty smoke turned my crisp, clean, white interior to a dull beige. I've been scrubbing, microwaving both vinegar and lemons in water, and even using purse acetone. I don't think I'll ever get it back to the original color. Grrrr! But, hey - that was my fault. This is a very effective microwave and worth the purchase price. Just be careful on your timing.

This microwave is the updated model of one I have had for years and is now going to my granddaughter, because it is still working great. I just needed one in Slate, to match my new appliances.

Good product y very good price and easy everything

Was thrilled to get this, especially on sale. Big, quiet, great keypad, heated quickly and evenly. Bought before T'giving but didn't start using it until after. We don't really cook in our microwaves - just heat up leftovers, melt butter, occasionally thaw something out. Worked great for a week. Then the 'programming' got weird - It kept asking to enter FOOD when trying to do timed cook. Unplugged it, tried again, unplugged it, tried... several times until it finally reset. Next night, put something in to heat for 5 minutes. It didn't complete, display was dead, and what's worse, the top was so hot you couldn't touch it. The glass turntable was hot as well. Checked our circuit breaker and it had not tripped. Next night, heated item for 2 minutes (it wasn't hot throughout) and then another for 2 minutes. Top was too hot to touch. HIGHLY dangerous. Am returning it.

Great microwave for the money, We had the one with convection oven and it was not worth the money broke with them one year this one it’s been a great find

Great little microwave excellent price replace starter old GE with this new model as the other one the paint inside was peeling. Very simple to use and Cooks better than others.

I purchased this for a welcome gift for a client. She was very happy with the look and size of the microwave. It will be perfect and sufficiently powerful compared to other counter top microwaves.

This microwave is really an awesome microwave and the price that Best Buy had it for was really a great deal. If you are looking for a good microwave I would definitely recommend this one
