Excellent microwave. Have had it for a while now & no complaints.Easy to use.

Easy touchscreen design with a quick start - you only have to push the number 1, and the microwave immediately starts. No need to pysh a start button. Only issue is that I needed one with a finished sides. Well, the finished side is really not as the BB agent described. It's not really designed to be exposed on a side, which is what I needed and asked for. But it had to be installed that day, so I am stuck with it.

We’ve owned a GE microwave for years and when it wore out we decided to purchase the same unit. But this new updated unit is even better. More power and more accurate cooking.

We use our microwave a lot with a busy household of 3 teens. So when our old one quit on us, we needed a replacement fast. This one is such a steal. Super quiet we didn’t think it was even running cuz it was so quiet. Love it!

We bought this one when our GE of over 10 years finally gave up . It was easy to install and functions nicely so far. It is much quieter than our previous one when running. The sound while closing the door is bit louder though. Heats up fast and super powerful. Hardly ever have to go over 30 seconds to reheat

it is powerful and quite convenient. The letters and numbers in the right-hand panel are small and dim. Hard to read.

Best Buy was the best. The microwave dimensions made an exact fit and their installer was excellent. Highly recommend this store.

Replaced my previous GE microwave with this new microwave. Amazing how much the quality changed in the 13 years since purchasing the last one. This one sounds like tin and plastic as you are opening and shutting the door. Haven't tried all the functions on it yet, but the popcorn button way undercooks a bag of popcorn. You have to add another 45 seconds to get a full bag of popcorn. Seems to do just fine heating frozen dinners or reheating food. Not really sure that I like that the vent comes on automatically when it is in use. It's very noisy and there is not an option to turn it off. Overall, rather disappointed in this microwave. I know it wasn't an expensive model, but the counter versions at half the price or less are quieter and can at least cook microwave popcorn properly. If you don't mind the noise and are not a regular user of the popcorn button, this this microwave is for you.

Not a bad microwave, it fits the space perfectly & is working just fine. I'd have considered 5 stars except that the keypad doesn't light up and the timer is linked to cook times only. Bottom light is excellent.

Installation took me 2hrs, since the previous microwave was different brand. Definitely its two person job when it comes to fitting the microwave over the stove. Other than that, its pretty quiet.

I picked this microwave out primarily because it was very highly rated by a leading consumer magazine. I have not been disappointed. So far it has worked well and is easy to use and it has a pleasing appearance.

The microwave is great. Quieter than my previous LG microwave. When I first bought the microwave Best Buy did a price match and once it was installed it went on sale at Beat Buy. I called up and they refunded the difference with no problems.

This was a replacement ge microwave for a ge microwave that I already had. This has been a great new microwave with all the features that I like!! I would highly recommend this microwave for purchase!!
