We could not get it to fit until we realized there was a new hanger attached to the back of the microwave. It cooks well. The range light is bright. The biggest drawback is that one cannot read the control buttons in dim light. The lettering is light on black, but not visible without the full overhead light turned on.

I contacted GE and was able to set up an appointment through one of their repair shops. They contacted me very quickly and were out fast and fixed the problem as fast as they could even having to wait on parts. GE also contacted to make sure everything was handled to my satisfaction. The service was excellent and will for sure but GE appliances in the future.

There aren't many options in this color. The GE had the basic features she desired. The light over the stove is bright. It has two bulbs to illuminate the stove top. We use the defrost feature a lot. Works nicely. The only thing we don't like is the Microwave clock. The numbers on the display are too close together. GE should space them better.

Only thing I had trouble with and noticed online others did as well, is the light bulb going out within a week of buying it. It took some time to find out what light bulb to replace it with because theres nothing on the manual that talks about it.
